  The only reason this place is getting 5 stars is due to Aiden who was covering that store on Tuesday 6/16/2026 and truly helped me out and follow thru on the calling me back. The technician working that day was a great help and these two truly deserve raises and promotions. Whoever was working the front desk Saturday 6/13/2026 was a disappointment and I was going to give this place 1 star but Aiden helped turned that around.

  This place might as well shut it's doors. My husband made an appointment for a 7:30 inspection for a Monday. He went back down the Saturday before to reconfirm and told the FILL IN MANAGER that he wanted to know if the guy would get to his car right at 7:30 on Monday because he wanted to sit and wait for it. The guy looked at my husband and said he didn't know what time the mechanics would be in. He said they come in when they feel like it. Sometimes an hour or 2 late. My husband was stubborn enough to still go down at 7:30 that Monday. And once again there was a Fill In Manager. None of the mechanics were even in yet. My husband waited until 7: 50. Then he took back his keys and left. He has taken our car there for years. It is close by and we have had work done there before, but for Heaven's sake , people need to show up for work on time. You don't pick and choose your hours and not even be there when the shop opens. To top it off the manager said the inspection mechanic would need to be the one to do the inspection and he didn't know what time the guy would show up. If you have to disrupt your normal schedule you certainly don't want to have to wait all day. Our time is valuable too. We have never had an issue with Penske GMC. My advice is go there instead. Those people care about their business.

  I was driving the rv back to ny where i had a blow out on the road, youd would think a mechanic/ tire shop would be able to help, rv had automatic jacks to get it off the ground too so lifting the weight wasnt the issue. The mechanic was rude, refusing to help when the rv had a full size spare just needed to take the lugs off and swap the wheels. Noooo he was refusing, saying he doesnt have the tools (22mm socket14mm socket an impact and a flat head was needed to do it) Kept trying to tell me cause he didnt have the right air tools or fill neck when i kept telling him i didnt need air, the tire is blown out just needed two swap to the full size spare then saying the air line wasnt reaching. Ended up removing the blown out wheel for the spare myself with a hand from the front desk worker!! ( air hose reached) and took 25min . If you dont want to do something just say that dont get nasty and tell me u need special tools and talk to me like im stupid. I work on cars myself back home.
