  I would give negative stars if I could I went there Saturday to get all new tires it took 2 hours not the 45 like they said, left and when I went out to my car Sunday the rear right tire was flat they installed the valve stem wrong and it leaked out along with the front right tire wheel cap was missing and when I went to fill the tire back up and check the others they were all over from 44psi, 42psi, 24psi and the 0psi in the flat tire and the tires are supposed to be 36 in the front and 38 in the back, I went back Monday and they didn’t have a valve stem and when they took the tire off they found the tire went bad along with the tech never put the tire pressure monitor sensor back on they didn’t have anything there so I had to drive my car home on the spare I came back again today on Tuesday they had a different model tire on my wheel and it still took an hour and a half to take off the spare and put the good one back on and there was only 1 guy in the shop the manager was gone and came back not even 30 minutes before they closed and I ended up leaving 7:11 11 minutes after they closed and they made me pay for the replacement tire even tho the only reason it went bad was due to their faulty work. So at the end of the day I bought 5 tires waisted atleast 7-8 hours of my time being there and driving back and forth in 3 days all the gas and everything to get my freshly powder coated wheels all scratched up and ruined a missing wheel cap and nothing but waiting around and very unclear communication. NEVER use this place!

  This place has gone downhill in the last few years. I paid $585 for an aftermarket thermostat replacement but still experienced overheating problems. Returned the vehicle to Monro and they couldn't figure it out after having the vehicle for days. Took the car to another mechanic and they diagnosed the "new" thermostat as the problem, including leaking fluid. The part was replaced with OEM for less than $300. When I called Monro to get a refund, they told me to "call corporate and file a complaint." This will be the last time I go to Monro.

  Friendly, timely, efficient, but a bit careless… Had an overall positive experience. We were able to use the in-house towing and get the car seen the next morning. A little higher in price compared to some other places we researched, but the responsiveness and friendliness of the staff was really appreciated, especially in a short turn-around of time. My only issue- we are former cigarette smokers, but have quit since, and have never lit a cigarette in this car. Unfortunately though, the smell of car-smoking is easy to pick up on. When the car was picked up, we noticed the smell of smoke, and hoped that maybe the windows were opened while it was being worked on and smoking was nearby. Today I just found an ash burn on the plastic interior between the drivers window and windshield, in line with the steering wheel, so there was definitely smoking in the car, which made me really disappointed. Again, great auto work experience and customer friendliness, just the lack of care when it came to smoking in someone else’s vehicle made me a little upset.

  Had a bit of a unique, extenuating circumstance and the staff was very inviting presenting their thoughts polo and accommodating. They took care of us and went as far as they could go to help.
