  All I have to say is Gene is the freaking man!!!!!! I walked out with a car that I was not expecting to get and it was all because of Gene! He is great. Also shoutout to the general manager Herb for also being so kind and actually coming out to meet me and speak with me. These guys are the best! Anyone looking for a car especially a Hyundai, I recommend Springfield Hyundai, hands down!

  Had a positive experience buying a car here, so I’ll leave this at two stars, but can’t say the same for the service department. The service manager is totally fine with passing off optional vehicle work as required maintenance. I paid for a coolant flush 100k miles earlier than required. On top of that, they think it is okay to rely on a Google Gemini summary instead of the official maintenance schedule from Hyundai’s website. I wish I was kidding. The Springfield service department refuses to cooperate. It’s kind of unbelievable. I will be finding another place to get work done on my car while I slowly lose faith in humanity

  Springfield Hyundai had a car for sale that I had called about and wanted to go down and take a look at it. . From where I was located, it took me 1 hour to get there during rush hour. When I got there I walked in and asked for “Anthony” like they told me to. I got intercepted by a salesperson and he went on his computer and says awe man I’m so sorry that car sold 30 mins ago. No one tried to call me and give me the news. They just let me drive all the way there and be disappointed. However they did top off my gas tank which was 3/4 full. But that was at-least cool. Took me 1.5 hours to get home. What a waste of my time.

  I came in today for a oil change. I arrived 30 minutes early and they took me in. I didn't have to wait until my appointment time. A. J. Henry, an assistant service manager, helped me through the whole process. He was polite, professional, and informative. I needed additional work done and be explained everything simply so I could understand. The entire experience today was great because of A. J.'s great personality and knowledge and the clean facilities
