  Working with Chet was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and transparent throughout the entire purchasing process without any high-pressure tactics. They took the time to walk through every feature of Honda and made sure all our needs fulfilled. Outstanding customer service-we will definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family 🙌

  Awesome service dept. I work at a dealership where I bought myself a 24 Hyundai Tucson. Something felt off with the brakes. It is still under warranty so I called a local hyundai, who told me I would have to wait three weeks. So I called springfield, and they got me in the following week. Turns out my master cylinder was starting to go bad. It was replaced under warranty zero issues. She is running great. Pete Patro was my service advisor. He was helpful, professional and kept me informed. He got the part there the next day. I dropped my car off both times and he offered me an Uber to get to work and back to get my car. I was impressed with Pete and their service department. I highly recommend Springfield Hyundai.

  Have a very good experience with the service team today. Went in for my horn, problem found and part ordered. They also gave me great advice on my next service appointment. Forget Essington (bad experience) I will be brining my car here. And it’s closer.

  I had a TERRIBLE experience at Springfield Hyundai ‼️If you ever take your car there, make sure you don’t end up with PETER PATRO aka WALTER PATRO , STACEY MILLER , SPENCER CATAKAW or ANTHONY M.‼️They all are very unprofessional and LIARS ‼️I was charged for “whatever “ and my car was not fixed ‼️It was broken ‼️

  UPDATE: the owner talked with me and we had a great conversation and accountability was taken. No only did the repair get done in a timely manner because I was prioritized. He even went the extra mile to save me money on an additional repair bc my tpsm was damaged. I’ve never seen an owner roll his sleeves up and get it handled so thank you so much Chris for making things right. I do want to also thank Gardner who has never stopped answering the phone me even two months after I bought the vehicle. I now no longer even want to deal with the two Hyundai dealerships that are literally 15 min from me. I’ll drive the hour to Springfield just bc I know they will take care of me . I will never ever buy another Hyundai again. I got this car 2 months ago, I originally said no on the tire warranty they sell u but the manager came back in talked me into. No one told me I’d have to wait 60 days to use this at another dealership. No expectations were set. I got off at 1 pm Afyer being towed to a Hyundai dealership to be told I have to leave my car until Friday just for a tire. So I I have to wait another hr and a half to get towed to Springfield bc that’s where I bought the car and was assured that they can do and they even give me a loaner. So after paying $50 for a loaner and waiting another hr and a half for the loaner that was sitting in back bc they had to verify my insurance which why I don’t know why that wasn’t done before hand if u know that I’m coming. Oh and what’s the deal of the car not coming with a spare??? I wanted to make this review bc I think it’s needed I think people need to know they are not familiar with how this warranty works and the lack of customer care that was received in the process
