  This was a fantastic experience! Made my appointment a week prior. They came to my house and replaced my windshield fast on one of the hottest days of the year! I would definitely recommend using Safelite! Also, the price was the best out of some others in my area! Top Notch! Will definitely use this service again!

  I got my car towed to this location after an object flew into my window and shattered the glass. This happened on a Friday and the next available appointment was Tuesday. On Tuesday they texted me in the morning saying they were working on my car. I never got a text or phone call saying it was done so I just showed up at the end of the day. They said it was finished and I paid over $1K to get my car back. Once I got home I noticed there was still little pieces of glass all over my vehicle. By the wipers on the outside, in the cupholders, under the mat on the driver side etc. I took it back the next day and they said they would clean it out. They worked on it for no more than 10 minutes and when I got back in the car there was still glass. They told me it was impossible to get every piece of glass and that I would need to go get it detailed. After paying over $1K for this service I expected it to be spotless. After their second attempt to clean out the glass there is still glass in my cup holders, on and under the drivers mat and next to my wipers outside the vehicle. This service was unacceptable.

  Excellent experience from start to finish. The staff was friendly, professional, and very accommodating. I arrived earlier than my scheduled appointment, and they gladly accepted my vehicle without any issues. They completed the work ahead of schedule and called me as soon as it was ready. The windshield replacement and calibration were completed perfectly, and my vehicle was returned clean and in excellent condition. I truly appreciate the outstanding customer service and would definitely recommend Safelite to my friends and family.

  This is the second replacement I’ve had issues with after the fact. The first time the front facing camera was not properly reinstalled/mounted. This time it was my rear window. The molding and rear dash are now completely separated while they left scratches and remnants of glass and dirt on the back dash. This place is the Jiffy Lube of glass repair, you leave with more problems than you went in with.

  The location I went to was on Baltimore Pike in Philadelphia PA and the manager/supervisor was the rudest person I’ve ever encountered. Instead of explaining to you what’s going she makes smart remarks saying “ I don’t know why your car is no re calibrating I’m not a mechanic take it to your dealer” and to make it worse SAFELITE put the wrong glass in my car what they don’t tell you is that they use the aftermarket type and not the actual manufacturer glass but the charger you especially if you go through your insurance. What makes it even worse is that they ask you to sign a waiver even though they didn’t complete the job and tell you that none of your safety features are working. A complete rip off!
