Don’t use this store unless you want a leaking windshield and mechanic fees that safelite won’t cover. This has been an ongoing issue since August and a manager won’t call me back. I now need a new master cylinder (so I have no brakes, the car is undrivable!!!) and a new blower fan due to water damage.

They broke clips installing my wipers. They cost 70 bucks and I could of done it cheaper. But that's not the reason for this review. I reported that they broke my clips and still no word from them. So I will never call this company again. They don't know anything about customer service. Next time I will try someone else

Brandon was absolutely amazing and so professional the entire time. He put me at ease, with a level of trust that I didn't have to stand overtop him while he completed the work. He kept me updated on progress and when it was done he went over maintenance and safety tips about my new windshield glass installation. A bit pricey in my opinion, but also worth it if you prefer mobile services.

Scheduling online and processing the claim through insurance (paying just my deductible) was easy, but the actual service experience was a nightmare.
Because my windshield required camera calibration, mobile service wasn't an option. I dropped my car off the night before ahead of a scheduled 10:30 AM appointment, so they had plenty of opportunity to get a head start. I was told the work would take 3 to 4 hours. After 4 full hours passed on Friday with zero communication, I called them myself—only to find out they were having trouble with the calibration.
I heard nothing further until after 4:00 PM, when they called to say it was finally ready—and mentioned they closed at 4:30 PM. To make matters worse, they called my work line, a number I never provided as a preferred contact method. Expecting me to race across town in peak Friday afternoon traffic on 20 minutes' notice before they locked up was completely unreasonable.
When I picked up the vehicle, I also noticed they had logged almost 30 miles on the odometer. While I understand calibration can require a dynamic test drive, nearly 30 miles seems excessive.
The only positives were that the glass was replaced and the deductible cost didn't change, but the severe lack of communication, poor scheduling, and added stress made for a terrible experience.

Listen to the negative reviews; this location is a joke. I’ve been dealing with a single-window replacement for three months now, and it’s been a nightmare.
First, they installed the wrong glass color. Then, they spilled WD40 or some other lubricant all over my door and floors. The inside of my door was damaged, and the window frame outside my car was also damaged.
To make matters worse, they showed up with the wrong glass after the fact. I dropped my car off after that mistake to fix the window the third time, and everything fell apart. They then ordered new parts, and let me know on August 6th they had received them.
I returned their call on August 10th to set up an appointment. I didn’t receive a call back until September 15th, when I was told I missed the calls (which weren’t in my call history). When I called the warranty agent to switch locations, I found out that they hadn’t viewed my work order since August 10th.
Finally, when I tried to switch locations, Springfield refused to send the parts to another Safelite after threatening to return them. (Funny enough, I was told they couldn’t return the parts anyway.) This caused further headaches for me and a manager at another location within their own company.
Overall, I’ve had the most unprofessional and inept group of individuals working on my glass replacement. It’s clear that they’re not even qualified to do the job, even though it’s probably 90% of their business.
