  I had an excellent service experience from start to finish. The entire team worked in a timely fashion and with genuine eagerness to help, making the process quick and efficient. Everything was completed on time, with no unnecessary delays or long waits. I especially appreciated how clearly Alisa explained each step of the service process. She kept me informed throughout, answered my questions, and made everything easy to understand. Madeline and everyone else I interacted with was friendly, courteous, and pleasant, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The professionalism of the entire team truly stood out. They treated me with respect, communicated well, and ensured everything ran smoothly. Their commitment to outstanding customer service made this a very positive experience, and I highly recommend this dealership's service department.

  terrible experience!! dropped vehicle off Wednesday 7/22/2026 for check engine light, as of TODAY FRIDAY 7/24/2026! vehicle still not been taken in. this morning we called for an update.... KIM the receptionist, told us they have no record of the truck being at the shop!?1?!? WHAT!! WE get there and KIM gives us attitude and says , unless you are a whole different person , we don't have your truck and turned her head????!!!! we saw Vince who was actually the person the keys were handed too, at time of drop off and he had the vehicle, he seemed frustrated , but stayed polite. Kim.... on the other hand never offered an apology for the miss information, she instead walked into what looked like a managers office, i assume to shift blame. this experience is terrible!!! my father is a longtime customer! 84 years old, he did not deserve to be miss informed and miss treated by Kim.!!! and we are still waiting no one told him the wait would take 3 days!!!????

  I was able to get an appointment quickly. The work was completed as promised and on time at the quoted rate. The staff were very nice. I wish the waiting room was nicer, but that's minor.

  My experience at this dealership is always a pleasant one. The Rep explained everything thoroughly to me that needed to be done on my car.
