  Excellent service! The staff at the Springfield location quickly corrected the mistake and unprofessionalism I experienced at the Havertown office. Everyone was extremely helpful, pleasant, and professional. Despite it being a last-minute situation, they were able to get me into a fully covered vehicle within 15–20 minutes of my arrival. I highly recommend this location over the Enterprise office in Havertown, PA any day. Thank you for handling everything so quickly and for being so helpful!

  never rent a car from here, they don’t have the convertible that they advertise so don’t waste your time. This place blows which I can already tell from the million other 1 star reviews

  Enterprise is always a good experience for me. As usual this year, the car was roomy and was a recent model with no problems. It was clean and everything worked. The EZ Pass is the only issue that occurs every time. I was told by the agent that checked me out to just let the cameras at the toll booths take pictures of my license plate (or register with EZ pass online with my device) and they would mail me the bill. I didn't register, so I hope I don't get extra fines! That is the only glitch in an otherwise excellent experience.

  My experience is not officially complete because I have not received my deposit yet. But It's only been 2days. Otherwise my experience at Springfield Enterprise was super excellent! Online reservation was simple and easy to navigate. Pick up (although i overslept and got there late) was easy. They were understanding, swift, polite, and took less that 10 minutes. Their after hours drop off, super convenient. I will for sure rent front them again!! However, calling to speak with an actual person...forget it. I dont like that. I had a spill and for my first time renting i needed to know how that works. I felt weird just dropping the issue off and walking off lol. Otherwise awsome enterprise! Will be renting again soon!
