  I had such a wonderful experience yesterday at Toyota in Springfield. I had an appointment for mileage checkup and left with a brand new 2027 Corolla. My grandson was with me and the salesman was so kind and thoughtful as well as the other employees. My salesperson was Armando and he transferred all of my possessions from one car to the new car along with hooking up my grandsons car seat. Also, the manager gave my grandson a car for 3 cents!! A deal. It was a matchbox car collection he had in his office. A wonderful experience and love my new car. Thank you to everyone?

  We had a great experience leasing our Toyota RAV4 from Conicelli Toyota of Springfield. Kenny Ma helped us throughout the process and made everything easy and smooth from start to finish. Everyone we interacted with on the sales floor was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We also had a great experience with the finance manager, who made that part of the process simple and straightforward. Overall, the entire process went smoothly, and we’re very happy with our RAV4. Definitely a positive experience!

  I purchased a vehicle from Conicelli Toyota of Springfield in 2025. The salesman I dealt with at the time was aggressive and honestly pretty rude, but he was able to work with one of the managers and I ended up getting a good deal on my trade and a decent deal on the vehicle I purchased. That manager was actually willing to work with me and was pleasant to deal with, so I didn’t have a bad overall opinion of the dealership at the time. Fast forward to 2026. I brought my vehicle in for service and after I picked it up I was contacted by the sales department completely unsolicited asking if I wanted to trade in the vehicle I had just purchased from them. I told them no, but explained that I had another vehicle I no longer needed and would be willing to sell it to them outright without trading it in. The KBB trade in value for that vehicle was over $4,000 at the time. They offered me $1,500. I told the salesman that was a disrespectful offer and that I wasn’t interested anymore. I also told him not to contact me again and that I would be taking my business elsewhere, including future service on the vehicle I purchased from them. Instead of just leaving it at that, he became aggressive with me and eventually hung up on me. A few days later another manager called me asking if I was still interested in selling the vehicle for $1,500. I explained everything that had happened. He told me his manager would be contacting me to try to smooth things over. The manager called me shortly after, apologized for the situation and told me she would call me back in about 20 minutes so we could have a tentative handshake agreement for $4,000 for the vehicle. I never got that call. At that point I was pretty much done with the dealership. I understand dealerships negotiate and don’t have to offer KBB value. That’s not really the point. The problem is the way everything was handled. I was contacted when I didn’t ask to be, given a ridiculously low offer, treated aggressively when I declined it, hung up on, then promised a follow up call that never happened. My original purchase wasn’t perfect, but I was able to get a decent deal because one particular manager was willing to work with me. Unfortunately, almost everyone else I dealt with during this situation was rude, aggressive and unprofessional. I won’t be buying another vehicle from Conicelli Toyota and I won’t be bringing my vehicle back there for service either. Just a really disappointing experience all around.

  Avoid. They wanted to drive and appraise my current car before even talking about or test driving a new car. They severely under-appraised my current lease and tried gaslight me to pay negative equity greater than the remaining few months of payments. When I questioned their "finance guy" he was dumbfounded why I'd pay the remaining lease off of about 2k vs their suggestion to roll negative equity of 10k into a new lease. All despite the current car being worth more than the buyout price terms. We won't be doing business with this location in the future. Waste of time and an insult as a customer.
