  DO NOT TRUST THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT. I brought my brand new car (less than a year old) to Conicelli Toyota of Springfield for a routine maintenance and tire rotation earlier today. They ended up completely ruining my wheels due to absolute carelessness. The technician was clearly reckless with the impact wrench: Ruined Rims: The factory paint finish around the lug nut holes is severely chipped, scratched, and peeling off (as seen in image.png, image_2.png, and image_3.png). Deformed Lock Nuts: They completely marred the wheel lock nuts, stripping the internal security pattern. This creates a severe risk of the tool slipping or binding the next time the tires need to be removed. This is a brand new vehicle. A cheap touch-up paint job or an aftermarket repair will NOT restore a factory finish. This careless service has prematurely depreciated my car's value. I have already reached out to Conicelli's corporate management and customer relations. I am demanding a brand new set of OEM factory wheels and replacement lock nuts. If you care about your car, especially if it's new, go somewhere else. Unacceptable and completely unprofessional.

  Got my vehicle from this place at a time of desperate need to get my son off to college. I'd just lost a vehicle to theft and time was closing in. After looking over my contract thoroughly I noticed that my endorsements seemed to be edited out and the person that I worked with signed my initials in places that I didn't sign myself. I have reached out to their financial services and requested a complete copy of my contract multiple times and all that I receive is partial pages of said contract.The interest is pretty high and the amount that I've paid so far doesn't reflect on my statements. Overall the service in the repair shop is good and the employees are kind I guess but that paperwork needs to be monitored step by step. I would love to sit down and go over my paperwork with someone from this dealership before I sit down with the DMV and a lawyer.

  I recently trade in my car for another car at Conicelli Toyota of Springfield. Staff was extremely helpful and have the car ready for pick up before I arrived. John did an excellent job getting everything ready to make the whole process seamless. Excellent customer service. Thank you

  We were recently looking for a Toyota highlander 2026, so we visited many other toyota dealerships as well but when we came to this dealership..we were very pleased with the service of our salesman Reggie ..He was very accommodating , helpful and patient at his job. We didn't plan to buy the car on the very same day that we went to them but with his help, we ended up coming home with our new vehicle.. I will highly recommend Mr Reggie as he is very good at his job..

  waited about 10 minutes when i arrived to be helped but i was not even greeted. took it upon myself to walk the lot to find the vehicle i was interested in but couldn’t find it so i went back inside to the front desk but the receptionist was extremely rude. i greeted her since she didn’t initiate a conversation and asked if someone could assist me with a 2020 hyundai palisade that is on their website. she asked me if i made an appointment and i told her no, she told me they were extremely short staffed and that i should’ve made an appointment and said that. i could take a seat and wait to POSSIBLY be seen today..wow, what a great way to make a customer feel welcomed..i have never been turned down at a dealership wanting to purchase a car especially on the same day but i guess there is a first for everything..didn’t even offer to schedule me an appointment to come back I was very understanding and asked if someone could just point me in the direction of where the vehicle was on the lot so i could at least look at it. it ended up not being on the lot and wasn’t available at the moment, i let her know i was interested in purchasing today so wanted to know when it would be available to come back but she couldn’t give me an answer on when the car would be ready to view and that i would have to call. i understand she was frustrated being short staffed but that is no right to take it out on a customer. she was very hostile and made me feel unwelcome. i was excited to come in today and purchase a vehicle but will not return due to how rude and unfriendly she was.
