- DWDaiquanna Williams2 days ago1.0Sadly 1 start was my only option for a review to be made. Not only did I pay for 2 brand new vehicles to be serviced with ceramic nano tint, I also paid to have both cars completely tinted with a life time warranty. Fast forward my windshield began to peel around the sides and bottom and I called to see if it could be fixed due to the warranty I paid for. I had a crack in my windshield (unrelated) scheduled to be replaced completely and I wanted to have the windshield fixed soon after. I took pictures and videos to show the tiny and brought it back to be looked at to determine best chain of events. I got my windshield replaced and reached out to get the tint fixed and was told because I got the windshield replaced and didn’t bring them my vehicle to cut a piece of tint and send it off that my warranty won’t be honored. I do plan to contact corporate first thing in the morning because that’s not how you handle clientele or a business. The owner Sam was very passive and inconsiderate when addressing my concerns. My second vehicle’s windshield is peeling as well and the only way he’ll honor that warranty is to bring the car back which in my opinion is unsettling and an inconvenience. I don’t feel comfortable with either vehicle being at this location and will never send any clients to the Springfield office.

I called about getting ceramic tint on the front windows of my 2026 Mercedes GLC 300, and they were able to get me in the very next day. The price was great, the tint looks amazing, and the entire process was so easy. I worked with Nick, and his customer service was truly exceptional. He was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and just genuinely great to work with. He made the whole experience even better. They also offer detailing and a ton of other automotive services, which I’ll definitely be coming back for. I can’t recommend Nick and Tint World Springfield enough. I’ll absolutely be recommending them to everyone I know!
- CGCalmonie Guilford6 days ago5.0Found Tint World on Google when I was looking for shops that could replace tint. My previous tint was starting to bubble and I could barely see out my back window. Tint World did an amazing job removing the front/back windshield tint and putting on the new ceramic tint. Price is pretty high I got the Ultimate Tint package, but you have to pay for an excellent job & great material (30 on the windshields & 15 on the sides). It’s been about 2 weeks since I had it done & it looks great! Overall, I would recommend 10/10.
- UAUmar AfganAug 14, 20265.0⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Tint World did a great job on my wife’s Bronco. We brought it in with a pretty specific idea based on a custom Bronco she had seen in Texas. Instead of making that trip, we decided to see if we could recreate the look locally, and they nailed it. They added the pink stripes along both sides and painted the BRONCO lettering on the front grille and rear in pink. Everything came out clean, sharp, and exactly how we wanted it. Sam was especially helpful throughout the process. He reached out and asked us to send over the original video that inspired the concept so they could see exactly what we were going for. That attention to detail definitely showed in the finished product. Most importantly, my wife absolutely loves how it turned out. They helped us achieve the look she wanted without having to travel all the way to Texas. Great work, great experience, and we’re extremely happy with the finished product. Definitely recommend Tint World for anyone looking to personalize their vehicle and make it their own.

I initially booked an appointment here under the impression that my car speakers had water damage so I booked an appointment to get my front speakers replaced. I paid a deposit of 170 remaining balance of $223.35 so in total, I was going to be paying $395 for the service when I got there he asked me to leave while they worked on the car and it would take up to two hours and they would call me when they were done . Three hours later I still hadn’t received a call so I went back he said “did someone call you? “ so i said “no” He took me back to where my car was, and nobody was working on my car and it was completely closed. They started to explain to me that there’s nothing wrong with my speaker. Instead, my amplifier has the water damage. I asked them OK can we do that instead? They said yes however I would have to go buy the part myself and then they could do it. Before I moved on, I asked about how much I would have to pay for today’s service first he told me $160 that I reminded him I had already paid 170 deposit on a service that I wasn’t getting so he said it was gonna be free, but then I ended up paying $33 anyway which is fine like whatever. So for now in total, Ipaid $203 for a diagnostic fee here, which was fine. However, they then quoted me another $330 (claiming 2.5 hours of labor) for the amplifier replacement process and told me they had to 'remove the seat' to access the amp under my seat and it would take almost 3 hours. i’m a 19-year-old girl so I figured OK sure they wouldn’t lie to me and I left out after confirming with them I would buy the part and give a call back to schedule my appointment. Then I began to do my own research to find this part upon doing this I found a seven minute YouTube video of a guy teaching you how to do it yourself. Come to find out in reality, the amplifier is accessible just by sliding the seat forward—no removal needed. Charging over $530 in total labor for a 20-minute plug-and-play job is completely dishonest. Go elsewhere especially if youre a young woman!
