  They gave me a car with expired inspection, I asked about it I was told “don’t worry about it - it’s good everything will be fine” the car got two tickets for expired inspection so I turned them in when returning and was told again “don’t worry we will handle it we’re sorry” a month later I get a charge for “expired inspection citation” from enterprise. I called the branch, who transferred me to claims who transferred me again all the be told “someone at the branch will handle it eventually. Don’t worry about calling back” Will never be renting from this branch again.

  I spoke to someone at 9am and arranged for a pick up at my house at 4pm, at that time no one showed up after an hour I called and they had no record of my reservation. They told me someone was on their way. After another 45 minutes no one showed up I called and they said they were just leaving, so had someone else drive me. I had orginally requested a type of vehicle and they said they didn't have any, so they gave me what they had which was 1 vehicle and told they would switch me out as soon as something else came in. Car interior was extremely dirty and there was trash in it. I requested to be switched out when a vehicle came available they swore I was on the list. They called me once for a switch and I asked if I could get it in a few hours he said yes I called 3 hours later and they gave it away. In the 3 weeks I had the rental never heard from them again. They seemed very short staffed and told me to call when I dropped the rental off and I had to call 4 times and let it ring for long time and they said despite the issues could you give us a positve review. I have dealt with other enterprise locations and went smoothly, I was picked up on time, reversion was put in, if I made a request they made it a priority, when I called someone answered phone, and vehicles were clean. Overall assessment if you're ok with not having reservations put in, getting dirty cars, short staffed, a ton of excuses and no follow through rent here.

  The minivan we needed was readily available at our local Souderton Enterprise with only two days notice. The vehicle was a recent model, clean, comfortable and fuel efficient. The staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating making the rental process easy. And we appreciated the 5% military discount. Our only disappointment was that we hoped to get a more significant discount as senior citizens through an Enterprise corporate partnership with AMAC.
