  Jai , the young lady working this morning is an absolute delight. Her greeting is upbeat, and her offer of assistance is above and beyond. Tommy's itself is always clean, and to have vacuuming and a mat cleaner free, makes this the best carwash around.

  I wanted to give credit where it’s due and share an update on my experience with Tommy’s Express Car Wash. I recently had a concern regarding my membership and billing, and today I received a phone call from the general manager, Brian Hill. He was professional, understanding, and took the time to go over everything with me. After reviewing my account, he refunded the individual wash charges and added an extra month to my membership. I really appreciate him reaching out personally and taking the time to resolve the matter. Customer service matters, and Brian’s follow-up made a big difference. Thank you to Brian, the Tommy’s Express team, and the Sinking Spring car wash location for taking the time to address my concern and make things right. I had a very disappointing experience with Tommy’s Express regarding my membership and billing. I was paying for a monthly unlimited membership, but I was also being charged per wash. Guest Services confirmed that my account showed both a pay-as-you-go plan and an unlimited membership. I was charged multiple times, including $40.27, $22, $22, and $66. The setup was corrected in the app, but when I asked about a credit or reimbursement, Guest Services told me they could not provide one because the location is independently owned. I also spoke directly with the site manager, and she said she could not credit or reimburse me in any way either. So basically, I paid for a membership, was charged per wash, and then was told nobody could do anything about it. I understand mistakes and confusion can happen, but the lack of accountability or customer courtesy was very disappointing. I ended up canceling my membership because I was unsatisfied with how the situation was handled.

  My favorite car wash! I live in Boyertown and whenever I get a chance I drive up here for a car wash and dinner! The best around trust me I’ve tried them all!!!!! You can really feel the difference when it’s washing!
