- MMMichaelAug 7, 20261.0Stihl chain saw was picked up per phone call. Chain was installed backwards. After diagnostic fee on top of their hourly rate( rip off). Chainsaw wasn't done! Supposedly waiting for another part. Cover and other exterior parts wasn't cleaned for 180.00. Place is inept. And rip off.
