  Excellent customer service yesterday from the manager Mike. I had an inspection appointment elsewhere. I am cancelling it and have made an appointment with Mike and his crew for next week! Highly recommend!!

  10/10 recommendation. Those guys work with me on my short notice of needing a mount and balance. Fast and very friendly service. If I’m ever in the area of needing service they will be my go too. Not slow Walmart

  So thankful for James and Luke helping me out when I came to them just before closing with a flat tire due to a large drywall screw. They were friendly, professional and very fast! I’ll definitely recommend them and Mr Tire to everyone!

  I had a leaking tire and discovered it late in the day. Mr. Tire was able to squeeze me in, even though they seemed pretty busy, and had it taken care of very quickly. The folks at the desk were very friendly and helpful. Couldn't have asked for a smoother resolution to a problem that could have made getting to work a huge pain!

  Extremely unfavorable experience at the Shrewsbury, PA, location. Bait & switch prices & costs, *extremely* long wait periods; the first shift manager was abrasive at the cost of coming off rude & continued to exercise extremely poor customer service “abilities.” During my 3.5+ hour wait (I was told 2-2.5 hours), I watched & listened to other unhappy customers come in & talk to this manager about the poor service they’d received. He at one point legitimately told one unhappy customer, “this isn’t our fault, you should have done some more research prior to XYZ…” After this experience, my wife & I will never, ever again willingly give money to Mr. Tire or any other Monroe platforms. Even their corporate office, which we called afterwards to complain to, provided no help, no counsel/support, & even went as far as to say that our issues mostly came from us not understanding how marketing/retail sales work. Leaving this review as professional as this appears has been quite difficult. Do yourselves a favor & stay away from these guys & their shops!
