  Last year I took my 2 vehicles for PA state inspections. I called and made 2 appointments. Both vehicles took more than 2 days past my appointment dates. It was explained to me that when appointments are made they will overbook because they book them from headquarters. This year I booked one appointment over the phone and when I picked up my 1st vehicle. I scheduled an appointment for the next day for my 2nd vehicle leaving it overnight. I was assured I had an appointment for that Thursday I called at the end of the day and they said Friday. Friday I called and was told they would not get to it until Monday because they do not do State inspections on the weekend. Monday they said Tuesday for sure and they would give me the next month's sticker for my trouble. When I called Tuesday they said it was on the lift but gave me the wrong car information, after a hold they had the correct make and model and said it was on the lift..? I did pick it up that day and they did not give me the next month sticker like I was promised but they told me if I bring it back another day it should only take an hour to change the sticker. I DECLINED to return and informed them I would never return. To be clear both vehicles were no repair inspections both years. I know it's a long story but I hope it helps someone thinking about dropping a vehicle off overnight. Plan on not driving to work for a couple days!

  I can’t thank the team at Mr. Tire enough for helping me out when I had an unexpected flat tire. I was worried I’d be stranded, but they got me in quickly and patched my tire so I could safely get back on the road. The whole process was fast, honest, and stress-free. A special shoutout to Griff for going above and beyond. He was friendly, professional, and made sure everything was taken care of. It’s hard to find customer service like that these days. If you’re looking for a place that genuinely cares about its customers, I highly recommend Mr. Tire!

  I was driving from DC to Buffalo on July 3, and while passing this town my car started blowing thick white smoke from the exhaust and the engine was losing power. I tried 3 places in town but they were closed or closing due to it being the afternoon before a holiday weekend. And when I got to Mr. Tire and told them what was going on, they initially said they could run a diagnostic the following week but I told them I was far from home so they fit me into their very tight schedule and easily fixed the issue. I had simply added too much oil that morning before I started my trip, and they drained the excess. HUGE THANKS TO GRIFF AND TEAM!!! Thanks to you, I got to watch the fireworks with my mom!!!

  While everyone was super nice, I had made an appointment for 7:30 on a Saturday morning (business opening) to have a set of tires installed on my 2015 Subaru Outback. I had ordered them from a outside vender and they were delivered earlier in the week. I chosen to wait for the service to be completed as i figured, 1st appointment, minor service, wouldn't take too long. But when I walked out of the waiting area an hour and a half later my car was still sitting in the parking lot. I questioned why my car was still sitting there, I was given kind of a lame excuse and told they would be getting to it shortly. It took another hour & a half till they were done. I sat there for 3 flippin' hours to have 4 tires installed on my car. Seems a little excessive when I had the 1st appointment of the day. I will seriously reconsider using this particular service provider in the future.

  I am HIGHLY disappointed!!! I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!!! I had an appointment scheduled with a drop off time between 7:30 - 11:00 am which was made on their website. When I arrived to drop my vehicle off at 9:30 am, I was told they had me as a "no show" because they had me as a drop off at 7:30 am. I showed him my email confirmation. He continued to argue with me stating that email came from customer service, not them and they could not service my vehicle today. THEY NEED TO GET ON THE SAME PAGE WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE. IF A CUSTOMER MAKES AN APPOINTMENT, THEY NEED TO HONOR THAT APPOINTMENT, AND NOT SEND THEM AWAY!!!
