I visited the Valvoline facility on Walnut Bottom Road in Shippensburg this morning for the first time. I was greeted by Service Expert Lux. Lux clearly explained the procedure, what to expect, provided good instruction and kept me informed from start to finish. This appears to be a well run, clean operation offering expert service at a fair price. Lux and the entire staff impressed me as very knowledgeable and courteous. I highly recommend this business.

This place rocks. I went in last minute before I had to make a road trip down to Alabama. They told me they just opened a few days before. Great staff, took maybe 11 minutes for an oil change. Professional great work.

The store manager Tom was knowledgeable, professional, and kind. After a different Valvoline storefront provided us with abysmal service, Tom came out to where we were stranded and went above and beyond to make things right for us. Rest assured he and his team have the work ethic and compassion to take the necessary care for your vehicle. Thank you again Tom!
