The overall customer service was extremely poor and lacked professionalism. When I arrived, I inquired about renting a specific vehicle and was told by staff that the car had been recalled and could not be used. However, within about five minutes of that conversation, I watched the same vehicle being prepared for another customer. Not only was the vehicle suddenly available, but it was washed and then given to a woman of a different race shortly after I had been told it could not be used. To make matters worse, the vehicle I did receive had not been washed or properly prepared. Consistency, transparency, and fairness are extremely important in customer service. Unfortunately, my experience at this location did not reflect those values. I hope management reviews this situation and takes steps to ensure that all customers are treated with respect and honesty.
