  I purchased my car from Diehl Hyundai of Sharon just one week ago and from the first moment I reached out to them, to the text I received today, Joshua Hamm has been awesome!!! My car completely broke down and was no longer drivable. Josh and I handled most everything through phone calls and text but he also came to pick me up so I could test drive the car. He even sent me a video of my car before I came in to sign my paperwork. He was amazing and recommend you request him for your next purchase!!!

  They tried to overcharge for the no frills model of the Hyundai Elantra. They did not disclose that the car has no heated mirrors. The salesperson did not know how to lay down the backseats. The salesperson did not know that this car trim did not have Bluelink. I don’t care for the back window defrost it is slow to function and the car really needs a rear window wiper. The warranty is good. I’ll probably not buy another one of these based on my experience but it will do for now. I will likely do business at a more trustworthy dealer in the future.

  Liked the look and fit of Hyundai's Tucson PHEV and decided, at the end of the model year to stop at Diehl Sharon. Keith, our salesperson, was very helpful in showing us colors, trims and accessories but, after confirming what we wanted, found that there were only 2 or 3 plugins in the entire region, none in our choices. Keith said that he would start making calls out of state. Within a few days, Diehl and Keith made it happen at no additional cost to us, and we were test driving and buying our new Tucson. Thanks Guys!
