  The truck price was decent, but the overall experience with Diehl Auto was very disappointing. My first call was never returned, and once I did get someone, there was very little willingness to work with me on anything beyond the sale. I asked about some missing items the truck did not have and was told they would only sell and install them at full price. I also requested an alignment check before pickup because several new Ford vehicles I’ve purchased have been out of alignment. I was quoted $350 with no reasonable alignment-check option. Just a month prior, a local dealership completed an alignment check on my prior vehicle for around $100. Honestly, this is the first time a dealer would not agree to simply do it as part of the sale. Pickup day was the worst part. We agreed on 10:00 AM, I arrived early, and I was still there for over two hours. I noticed the inspection sticker was already three months old and asked for it to be updated. I was repeatedly told no with various excuses. Given the prior issues and their unwillingness to work with me, I calmly said I wasn't comfortable moving forward and asked for my check back.  At that point, the salesperson stormed away yelling “kill the deal” loudly multiple times in front of everyone. That was extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable. After that, they suddenly agreed to update the inspection, and it only took a few minutes. The finance person was nice, but overall this was one of the worst dealership experiences I have had. I would not buy from Diehl Auto again, and the only reason I went forward was that I was stuck and needed a new vehicle right away.

  Had a recall on my 2017 Ford F150. Diehl came to house to perform the update which was incredible. The tech was very professional and courteous.

  I was starting to investigate buying a Ford Maverick so I contacted Deihl Ford and talked to Jay Klumph. I was looking for some general information since it’s been years since I bought a new truck. Simple questions like what is in this package or what does a common optional item cost, he wouldn’t give me an answer, wouldn’t even look into his order book or look at a sticker on a Maverick’s window to give me any information, just a simple come in and we’ll talk, or tell me what you want and I’ll see which one of our vehicles we can put you in. No help at all!!! They were the closets Ford Dealer so I thought I would be able to buy from them. I then called Phil Fitts Ford and talked to Greg Knauf who couldn’t be nicer. Greg gave me all the information I needed so when I bought my Maverick just a few days later you know who got my business, Phil Fitts Ford.

  Diehl Ford of Sharon made buying my truck as easy as possible. I was set to purchase a new F-350 in Cranberry for work - I already had the financing done, the truck was on the lot, all I had to do was sign the papers and take the keys. But, I was not in love with the deal so I decided to look online one last time. I'm glad I did. I found the same truck brand new with a number of options the one I was set to purchase did not have for a significant amount less at Diehl Ford of Sharon. I've bought enough vehicles to know that just because a price is listed online doesn't mean that's what it will actually cost when you sit down to work out the final number. So I picked up the phone and reached out to the dealership and spoke with Josh Hamm - I told him I was pulling into the other dealership to sign papers but I liked the truck that was on his lot better and if the number on the internet was correct I would drive up there immediately and buy it from him. He gave me the address and said the truck would be waiting in the parking lot for me. We took it for a drive and then went inside to work out the final cost - I was able to move up a trim level add a significant warranty to the truck and still ended up paying less money overall and monthly for the truck than I would have at the other dealership. I signed everything and was good go in no time - I got a ride from my wife to pick it up the next morning and it was sitting in the front row shined up with a full tank of gas. Hands down the best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle! Josh Hamm and all the guys that work are awesome - no one pushed anything on me, the cost of the vehicle didn't change last minute when we went to sign papers, and despite coming in later in the day they all helped me out and made sure I was good to go. If you need a vehicle and your in the area go see these guys.

  Was a bit disappointed. Was on a long trip and my engine light came on. Alfred if there was anyway they could at least diagnose the problem, but there was "nothing they could do" to help. I understand they might not be able to do the repair, but to just stand there and effectively say, "tough luck buddy" kinda stinks.
