  I blew a tire on my camping trip, we called several places who couldn't or wouldn't help us get a new tire. Mike Brunetto at Mr Tire did not hesitate to help us out. The service at Mr Tire was outstanding, curtious and fast. Anytime I have another issue they will be my first call.

  When I called to schedule a state inspection appointment, there was already some confusion. The employee initially said, "We no longer do those," which made me think they had stopped offering state inspections altogether. It turned out they thought I had said "car seat inspection," which was a strange mix-up. After clearing that up, they scheduled two back-to-back appointments for my roommate and me. We arrived on time for our noon appointment and waited around town expecting a call when the first car was finished. After two hours of hearing nothing, we called the shop ourselves and were told they were just pulling the car into the garage. The car sat there untouched for two hours after the scheduled appointment time. That completely defeats the purpose of making an appointment, especially when people have other plans for their day. My roommate's inspection was also frustrating. Her rear wiper, which she rarely uses, was cracked. She had already looked up Pennsylvania inspection requirements and found that a non-functioning rear wiper should not cause a vehicle to fail inspection. However, the shop failed the car for that issue, along with another problem that did make sense. I've brought my car here for years, but after this experience I'm seriously considering finding another shop. The biggest issue wasn't even the inspection itself—it was the lack of respect for customers' time. If appointments are running behind, customers should be told upfront instead of waiting around for hours with no communication.

  excellant service, very feindly, prompt, we called 1/2 an hour before closing for a tire repair and they accomidated us immediatly without hesitation.
