  The wash was excellent compared to so other car washes but not having completely towels and window wash is not what I expected.

  The operation itself is nice and smooth However the top of the line wash , for 24$ , is unfortunately very sub par The front of the vehicle is still covered with many bugs from drying, and there are soap marks on the back of the car - indicating not enough rinse was applied Shame

  My whole family goes there and 2 of 3 have nothing but good to say. My son however, takes his Lexus there and last month he pulled in and was starting the wash when staff shut it down and came out to him to notify the truck behind him rolled into his car. He felt something but just thought it was the machine jerking. The pickup was much taller and left two dents in his bumper and a deep nick on the plastic cover above the bumper. Both vehicles ran thru and pulled over. The police came and took statements. My son was very upset as this is his dream car and takes perfect care of it. Police reviewed video from the office and the person in charge kept repeating it is not the fault of the carwash. In the officers accident report, he noted the video footage showed the belt threw the pickup into my sons car. We exchanged names, insurance etc, the estimate to fix is just over $1,000. The truck owner is giving him a hard time as he proclaims it wasn't his fault. He did agree to pay out of pocket as to not bother with his insurance. Ironically, the gentleman is an attorney and he has the resources to go after Tommy's for damages. I STRONGLY believe the people waving the cars in are not allowing adequate room between vehicles. A truck, with large wheels, in neutral, get pulled by the belt and if the tire is on top of one of those "nubs" and rolls forward, this can easily happen. I strongly suggest coming up with a system to better space the cars during busy days. I know time, and space, are money but so are damages to customers vehicles.

  I worked 2 jobs over the winter that were 11-14 hour shifts so a washed car wasn’t high on my priority list BUT when I got 2 of the free coupons I was super excited! After the first was I was is shock! The car hadn’t looked that good since I bought it! After the second wash a few month later towards winters end I just assumed it was just as good and went on my way. Unfortunately it took a while for me to notice the scratches. I did call, figuring it would have been to long to prove it was there that it happened I asked questions about if they keep track of the plates and told them my dilemma. She suggested I could have done it while wiping the car. I tried to explain the scratches were to deep and on the swiping and circling motions of there wash. She said they haven’t had any other complaints and they would have had a line of cars reporting if there was a problem. It’s my own fault for not paying enough attention but this is the ONLY car wash I’ve ever been to like that. I think the pictures speak for them themselves so just beware…

  Came through the wash with a free coupon about a week ago. I loved the wash and the overall quality and service was amazing!!! A nice young boy named Jayson helped guide me onto the tracks and even helped me with finding something that i accidentally vacuumed up. Overall i loved my experience here and will definitely be coming again in the future.
