- MSmorgan stepienJun 6, 20261.0Severely disappointed with the service i received. I took my 2019 Jeep Wrangler in for an inspection, tire rotation and wheel alignment. Dropped it off and about an hour later they called they said that work needed to be done to get the inspection. My brakes needed to be replaced all around, my rear wheel bearings needed to be replaced and my rear shocks were leaking “BADLY”. I said that i was taking it elsewhere to get the work done. Took it to a smaller mechanic and he said not a thing needed to be done. Absolutely crazy that Mavis suggested i needed about $3k worth of work done and turns out to be nothing. If they give you a large quote with a lot of work needing to be done, i’d get a second opinion.
