My tire change was delayed by an entire day with no real explanation, which already showed how poorly this place is run. Then it somehow got even worse. I called ahead for a wheel alignment and was told they weren’t busy and I could come right in. That was either completely untrue or just a tactic to get me through the door. I ended up sitting there for nearly 3 hours doing nothing. No communication, no updates, no accountability—just a total disregard for customers’ time. Don’t tell people you’re not busy if you clearly are. It’s misleading and unprofessional. This location is disorganized, unreliable, and not worth the hassle. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.

The representative the desk was graciously and offered to fix it at no charge. Luis, the mechanic was exceptional at customer service, friendly smile and return my car.With a thank. We'll definitely recommend this location
