  Honestly, the Wyoming Ave (Scranton) location has the best customer service! They are extremely friendly and very helpful. They also make sure all questions about the vehicle are answered, and the car is spotless. Nick and the cute blond (never got her name) , were awesome They were very busy when I picked up, and than dropped off, and they always had smile! If you need to rent a car or passenger van, I highly recommend Enterprise in Scranton

  Disappointed that vehicle reserved online was not available when I arrived. Counter was very helpful on accommodating me for a replacement but I was very disappointed with the bump on price.

  I originally rented a car in Virginia after mine was totaled. Eventually I found a car in Scranton I wanted to purchase. Enterprise allowed me to return the car there in Pennsylvania and gave me a ride to the car dealership. Everyone was incredibly nice and so helpful.
