  We had a blast on our trip and a lot of that has to do with the vehicle we got. It was a great deal for a wonderful family trip.

  I came in 1 minute to closing time which is coincidentally my pick up time and the agent cheerfully attended to me. My kids enjoyed the ride. It was a bit pricy but in all, we are satisfied

  The team at this Enterprise location is amazing! We had an issue with another Enterprise location just two days before our trip, where we rented a vehicle 40 days in advance that would accommodate our family and were told two days prior that they did not have a car of that size. After calling several locations, the employees at the Scranton branch went above and beyond to help us get the vehicle we needed. John, the manager, was especially helpful. He also accommodated our needs when we returned the vehicle during a family emergency, making an already stressful situation much easier. The customer service was exceptional from start to finish. We truly appreciate everything they did for us, and we’ll always choose this Enterprise location whenever we need to rent a car. Highly recommend!
