  Car had strong cannabis odor. Could have been cleaned better. Needed vacuumed properly and there was a film on the inside windshield that made it not completely clear to see through. ( probably from previous renter smoking).

  Didn't like my debit card. Kept swiping on his machine. After speaking with the bank they caused it to be restricted for fraud.

  I worked with Cameron on picking up my rental and he was very quick and patient with the process. I had my kids with who were very antsy and again they were great! Fast forward a few days and I had to call to extend my rental and spoke with Cameron again, very polite and accommodating! I never went through a rental process before so they have made this process a breeze with no stress!
