The valve body on my car went bad. I had pipe dreams of fixing it myself and did a ton of research. After I figured out how much time and materials I would need to acquire for the project, I decided to take it to a professional, and Reider's came came up as a reputable transmission repair shop. I was amazed that within several minutes, Clint was able to diagnose the exact issues that I came up with during my hours of reading (not only the problem, but the exact requirements for fixing). He's very knowlegeable on the ins and outs of transmission repair, and was happy to explain everything to me in detail. Pricing was up-front. I ultimately decided not to go through with the repair due to degredation of the frame - which he worked with me to point out, and left it for me to decide whether the repair was worth it. I appreciated his time and honesty through the whole process, and would definitely consider doing business with him in the future.

Clint is a breath of fresh air! As a female, I am used to being talked down to even though I know more than some about vehicles. Clint spoke to me as a person and showed genuine interest in making sure my vehicle was safe. He explained everything and showed me what he found. He got me in quickly and listened openly to my concerns. He’s got a returning customer out of me and I’d highly recommend others give him a try!

Very knowledgeable and courteous. I will not hesitate to take my vehicles back for further maintenance and repair.
