Jove from Mavis discount tire is the best! I had an emergency tire situation and all the shops around seemed disinterested and not willing to help but he took us even though they were busy and I was in and out in about 20 minutes, so incredibly thankful and these guys do a great job and actually care about their customers! Definitely recommend!

I GOT SCAMMED!!! Don’t get any other work done only get tires from this place. Here’s what happened. So they offered to fix it. They changed my brake booster. And I was still having problems so I went back. So they changed my master cylinder. And a few weeks later, I got into an accident because my brakes came out. Then I take it back. Then they said it is my ABS module. And they are trying to charge me 1700 for the fix instead of taking accountability on their part because I went to them two other times for this exact same issue. And they did not fix it. So overall, I’m giving this place one star because of the customer service I received there. This place is only good for tires. Don’t go for anything else. They try to get money any other way they can. Only buy tires from them. I definitely got scammed. So I took my car somewhere else , an actual mechanic shop. And they said I should’ve brought it to them in the first place. Because that is what was probably wrong in the beginning the ABS module. So they literally got over $1000 out of me. Without actually diagnosing the real problem. Basically giving me the runaround. So I encourage whoever reads this do not go to them for any car issues only for tires.

When I dropped my car off, I explained that the tire light had come on but I didn't know which tire it was. I explained I was dropping my child off at school the next day so I needed it to be safe and didn't want to get a flat along the way, so could they please check all the tires. I had added some air to the tire the day before that they later told me had a very small nail in it. It took about 2 hours to fix. I was shocked at a $40 fee for a patched tire but it is what it is. After leaving, within about 2 miles the tire light came on. I figured that they (like may places) forgot to use the reset button and just did that myself. Unfortunately, the next day when we started on our trip, the light came on again. I stopped by the shop afterward but was told there were people ahead of me so I'd have to wait for about 2 hours for them to look at it. I didn't have time for that 2 hours + whatever time it would take to fix whatever they'd find (so another 2 hours based on my first visit). I went home. The next morning I decided to check the tires to make sure they had enough air to get me to another place to get this fixed. Imagine my surprise when I figured out why the light was coming on after the repair. THEY PUT 10 EXTRA POUNDS OF AIR IN THE TIRE. Once I let out the 10 extra pounds, reset the tire indicator, and drove it for a bit all seems okay now. I was worried about a flat and but now realize that I should have been fearing for my family's safety. I won't be returning to the Royersford Mavis again. Horrible experience.
