Made an appointment to buy 4 tires for 11am. They called to confirm I would be there the day before and when I showed up for the appointment they told me they MIGHT be in tomorrow. No one had called me to let me know and waited for me to show up to tell me.
This also isn’t the first time my family has had an issue with Mavis. My mom took her brand new car here for a tire patch (422 is rough) and they blew out the sidewall and tried to replace it with a cheap tire instead of the expensive tire she had on.
The only reason I still am giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because the gentleman at the desk was great and refunded my deposit without any issue.

Don't go to mavis tire in Royersford they are crooks they rounded my lug nuts off can't even get a socket on them that place is a shit hole they didn't even do anything to make it right I wouldn't let that shit hole work on my bike the mess up every thing they touch they will never touch another thing I own

Warning about appointments! I made an appointment for inspection/emissions. The appointment was confirmed. I got a second confirmation the morning of. I show up early and check in. OVER TWO HOURS LATER I'm asked what I'm waiting for. I'm told they called me to cancel my appointment (did they want me to just not show up, so corporate wouldn't find out?). Why let me check in and make me wait over two hours when you know you won't be able to help me? Also, I just checked and I'm able to make an appointment for this afternoon!

I realized pretty late in the day my oil needed to be changed I went to Mavis about an hour before they closed and asked if they were able to squeeze me in without an appointment. Joshua was SUPER helpful and I was in and out in 30 minutes with really great service!!
