Had an ok experience getting a tire patched. The manager was very nice but some of the other staff were a bit cold. Not rude by any means just not very personable. I was happy they had me in and out in about 90 minutes considering how busy they were and I was a walk in.

Not a typical experience that we’ve had with Mavis. During the time my vehicle was serviced, my glass water bottle was broken and left on the seat, the final cost was $75 more than the quote (generally speaking I understand that happens, but no explanation on why), vehicle was parked in a neighboring lot unlocked and overnight without mention from the Mavis team (had to go back in and ask where my vehicle was). They provide descent service, but the customer service needs a bit of improvement.
