  So the oil change was quick and easy and the staff were cool but they charged me $4.85 for a consult fee when I told them to use a different oil viscosity than OEM. I have a higher mileage Subaru and everyone knows you jump up in viscosity. Can’t believe they’re that petty.

  arrived here for an oil change on august 20th at around 1:15 pm. they made me move lanes to get someone go ahead of me and when they finished up another truck who arrived 10 minutes after me was moved there instead of me. that wasnt fair whatsoever. why should someone who got here after me get serviced before my car.

  Come here a few times everything’s been fine but I come to the oil shop because they have oil and I was going to valvoline for convenience and now on a Sunday morning 30 before work I show up here for the ol fashion 15 min oil change the employees are nice enough but like if ya don’t got oil just say that I mean very strange not to have the European oil stocked they’re just as popular as American cars I was told well you can go to the advanced auto parts ?! Are you guys also putting me on the payroll and then the worst was no answer to when it will be back in stock?
