  Whole service was fantastic. Emily the manager is awesome. Made sure we got in and out very quickly (had baby in backseat) and even offered Otter Pops since it was warm out. Emily really cares about her employees and the service they provide. Awesome experience. We drive 30 minutes just to come to this location, even though there are closer locations.

  Service advisor Nolan was friendly and professional. There was no pressure to purchase additional services beyond the reason for my visit, which was a full synthetic oil change. Quick and efficient— good use of my time.

  This has been my go to Valvoline for well over a decade. Always clean and well maintained. The staff are professional and knowledgeable. Overall courtesy excellent as well. Keep up the great work!!!

  The service is poor; they change the oil without replacing the filter. The staff are incompetent and completely indifferent in their work. I do not recommend that anyone deal with this establishment.

  Had a great experience at Pittsburgh Valvoline. Emily the manager served us and was super enthusiastic, helpful, and timely. We will definitely be back again! Thank you Emily- you would be a great Area Manager. Tez and Sienna were very helpful as well. We appreciate them staying late as we pulled in when they were close to closing!
