  I love the ease, the speed, and the friendly staff. It is great knowing exactly what it will cost. The staff always let me know what their tests find, and I never feel any pressure to speed more than I need.

  ⭐ 1 Star I did eventually get my oil changed, but the wait time was completely unacceptable. I had an appointment and still waited around 1.5 hours, even though there were only a couple of vehicles ahead of me. At most oil change shops, the entire process takes 15–20 minutes. Here, everything moved extremely slowly. I had other plans scheduled and almost left because of the excessive wait. The employees often appeared to be standing around while customers continued waiting. The overall service felt very inefficient. I value my time, and unfortunately this experience was frustrating. Although I completed the service this time, I will not be returning to this location in the future due to the long wait times.

  This is the only Valvoline Instant Oil Change I use. Everyone is always professional and courteous. They offer you other services but are never pushy or rude about it. If you have questions they will make sure you understand the answer. All around great place!

  I was shown a coolant hydrometer test with five balls floating and was told that my coolant was not providing proper protection and should be serviced. I declined the service because my vehicle had recently undergone cooling system repairs that required the system to be refilled with fresh coolant. In other words, the coolant was essentially new and not overdue for replacement. Either the technician did not fully understand the tool they were using, or the result was presented in a way that supported an unnecessary service recommendation. Either way, the experience eroded my trust and confidence in this location.

  Let’s just say if you are a good looking blonde, multiple men will surround your car and make sure you are pulling out of the bay sooner than cars that were already in the bay 15 minutes prior. I actually sent my wife a video of all the men flocking to her truck and then panned my car where there was not one person. I would have posted but did not want to show faces. I probably just saved a marriage or two! Lol
