  This was the worst service I’ve ever had. I paid $600 to fix my car’s tailgate. They removed the glass, scratched the tailgate, and on top of that, they left the glass poorly installed. They left all the shards or glass pieces rolling inside the tailgate. Now every time I move the tailgate, you can hear it all inside. They gave me a second appointment for the warranty, and they left me waiting; I lost half a day of work; on the third appointment, they showed up and didn’t fix anything either because they left it worse than it was, and to this day, I still haven’t been able to get the problem solved. 👎 If in your email you see that your technician is Edwin, cancel your appointment immediately and tell them to find you another technician.

  Rushed and botched job. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Windshield was replaced and safety cameras wouldn’t recalibrate. Was told to drive it for a week to see if it would fix the issue - which driving the car won’t automatically reset cameras. Visibly looking at the windshield, it was installed crooked. The safety camera worked going into the replacement appointment with Safelitte, but was damaged in the process of the replacement. My insurance tried contacting this location several times via email, phone, and NO ONE answered. Finally was able to take it to the dealership where they confirmed the windshield was crooked and installed over 2 inches higher than it should have been because the stoppers were removed when my original windshield was removed. There were gaps at the bottom of the windshield. The replacement was glued in, but lucky for Safelitte, the glue was able to be removed without damaging the paint of my vehicle. A new camera was installed. A $1200, two day turn around time, turned into $4500 of damage and SIX weeks to get my car back. I’ve heard negative reviews of this location (windows leaking, failed installations) and from this experience I wouldn’t doubt these other reviews are all correct. I will be disputing all charges Safelitte is trying to submit. My appointment was for a Saturday morning and my car was rushed with work being completed in the afternoon, and we were told we had an hour to pick my vehicle up, despite the shop hours stating otherwise. Vehicle was picked up, all doors unlocked and key inside.

  I scheduled everything online and it was super simple! Website was easy to navigate. I paid out of pocket for my windshield replacement and it was a very reasonable price. The guys that came out to my home to replace my windshield were very nice and informative about the process. They were quick and efficient. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who needed the service. Thank you Safelite!

  The entire experience from setting up the appt to turning over my keys to Chris (very friendly & informative) to having my truck returned cleaner than when it started was super easy.

  Unfortunately there is no Zero on the survey I had an extremely frustrating experience today, and this is now the THIRD time my appointment has been rescheduled. I originally booked my appointment on 04/14 and selected Afterpay as my payment method directly through the website. Today, I arrived 30 minutes early, only to be told there was no record of my payment in their system and that I would need to pay the full amount after the service. This is NOT acceptable. I followed the process exactly as instructed when booking. What made the situation worse was the lack of support. The employee did not attempt to contact the back office or help resolve the issue. Instead, I was left on my own to deal with a problem caused by their system or third-party partnership. After nearly TWO HOURS of waiting with no resolution, I was told the appointment had to be rescheduled again due to time running out—still with no clarity on the payment issue. This experience shows a complete disregard for customers’ time and trust. Poor communication, lack of accountability, and no effort to resolve problems. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
