I was specific during my appointment to mention how the knuckle bolt needed to be loosened to adjust the upper ball joint caster/camber bushing. The wheels needed to be removed before and after to check and I was comfortable paying extra for the service to be done correctly. I got a toe’n’go and will have to go somewhere else soon.
