Tyler and Derek helped me and were extremely helpful. They were clear and honest about the services, friendly and empathetic to my situation, and did everything they could to help. I have used Mavis before but this is the best customer service I have received by far at any location. I highly recommend visiting if you need new tires.

I cannot thank him enough for making my problems his priority and helping me when I needed it. That type of personality and ambition deserves commended. I wish I could hire him at my shop but I don't think he would want to drive 2 hours to work everyday. Excellent work , fantastic customer service. This guy deserves a raise or a bonus for this behavior

After waiting almost 2 1/2 hours for AAA to show up to change my tire out for my donut tire my patience my gone. I then arrive at Mavis on 5th St Highway and they squeeze me into their schedule to plug and patch my tire. They fixed up my Ruby red Rav and I was on my way. Thank you so much for the great service!!!

He answered and was surprised yet happy to have it. He was cordial to my daughters when he came in as well. All around great experience, great guy. Took the tire from me and put it on himself so I didn't have to wait as I was on a time crunch. Appreciated the quick turnaround, I dread the tire shop half the time.
