  No one took my complaints seriously from my Range Rover to my Mini copper. Read carefully. Michael changed my tire for $117 on my mini cooper and put his replaced tire at 35 PSI and everything else at 40PSI. Mini requires all tires at 35psi. Tire light will not reset and he knows that as a technician. Michael charged me $997.97 for the same mini for oil leak and mini still leaking but the same Michael is asking me to take the mini to the dealer or someone that knows mini. Michael changed my mini oil and right after that oil change my mini has a leak. I brought the mini back to Michael for the leak he charge again for the oil change and to fix the leak. Engine still leaking and Michael doesn’t have proof he fix nor replace any parts in the mini. Mind you the leak appears right after they changed my oil and they did not notify me of witnesses any prior leaks not documented leak oil. There is a crook in this place stealing money from people with European vehicles. I don’t believe there is a supervisor at this place. In my opinion, this place needs cameras and proofs of work being performed. Not sure if Michael is making this company rich or making himself rich. Not sure yet. Mini still leaking and tire light will now reset at numbers all over the place. Hope you al know that this is serious business taking people vehicle to serve them.

  The Mavis team has always been good to us. Super courteous. Professional. On-time. And great at explaining what’s happening throughout every step of the process. Helps that there’s a Starbucks in the Giant next door.

  Have helped me out in a crunch quite a few times now! Always appreciate their excellent customer service. To note- I've only had tire related services done in recent years. No complaints at all 🙂

  This is my second time at this Mavis location. Both times they have been very professional, courteous and prompt. They are also very good at taking a look at the whole car and giving recommendations on potential future issues. I would definitely recommend this Mavis location.

  I’ve had to come back to the place 3 times to pass inspection. First time was understandable the work needed to be done i completely understand. The second time they found more things they had to be done for me to pass my inspection that they didn’t see the first time. Mind you this was a week after it failed the first time and I got all the work done. The 3rd time I had to get one more thing done to pass that should have been looked at the second time I came to there. As a customer that is frustrating. Please do better.
