I have to admit that I was impressed by the whole process, went in not knowing why my car was randomly shutting off, turns out my car has an evap leak at the gas cap... Gave me my car's overview and sent me on my way within an hour and for under $50... Some people may take issue with an hour spent, or getting your car's issues spotted and shared with you, and that to me is good service when there's no pressure to buy or repair on the spot.... Fantastic service and I'll be back

Brought my car in because my tire had a slow leak. After investigation, the technician made the repair, informed me of the issue and showed me what had penetrated the tire. Tire was able to be patched, thank God, was a brand new tire with less than 500 miles.

Went to get a diagnosis test done for my vehicle, get me in and out however a claim had to be filled out and filed and sent to my warrant company and was advised I would get a call back and be updated however never got the car and the claim was never filed.. it’s been 4 whole days and still no response. I had to keep calling them everyday multiple times regarding this and then I called again today for them to tell me they don’t deal with Silverwork and that they aren’t in network with them. Very unprofessional..wouldn’t recommend them at all if having to drop off the car and get work done.

Yesterday, the plastic splash shield under my car came loose and started dragging on the road. It was stressful, inconvenient, and honestly just one more thing I didn't need to deal with right now.
I called this Mavis location (Sinking Spring, PA), and they told me to bring the car over. They got me in almost immediately, removed the damaged piece so I could safely drive the car, and explained exactly what I needed to do to get it properly repaired.
When I asked how much I owed, they told me there was no charge.
What they probably saw as a quick favor was a huge act of kindness to me. Life has been throwing a lot at me lately, and they took this problem that could have been the last straw for me, and they made it disappear. They were patient, helpful, professional, and genuinely kind.
Customer service is one thing. Human kindness is another. Yesterday, this team gave me both, and I am incredibly grateful. Thank you for helping me when I really needed it. I'll remember it for a long time.
