- JVJoanne VishioMay 6, 20265.0Happy I received their coupons in the mail. My car was due for inspection & I received their coupons in the mail & thought why not give them a try. When I called for an appointment they got me in the same week & worked with my schedule. I dropped it off the night before & they called me the next day to let me know it would take a day longer to complete. They explained the situation & apologized for the inconvenience. They said if I needed my car back they would get me in right away if I brought it back another day. I was happy to hear from them right away about this & had no issues with them keeping it longer. They called to let me know what was needed to pass (just 4 tires which I was expecting) & what all was good & of course the price. They took the time to explain in detail what maintenance was due (well little over due) as well and offered to do it at the same visit or they would be happy to do it another day. Everyone I met (on the phone & in person) was very nice & they were smiling & happy. They made me feel at ease (in my opinion some places can be intimidating) & that they were glad I came. When I arrived to pick up my car, I saw them treat another customer the same way, with respect & explaining in detail what work was done. While we waited the few minutes to check out, we had a pleasant conversation. I will be going back so they can take care of my car maintenance items. Thanks for great customer service!
