  I would like to recognize Blake at Enterprise Truck Rental in Reading, Pennsylvania, for the outstanding customer service he provided during a very stressful situation. After the Ford Transit cargo van we rented broke down and needed to be towed, John from the Syracuse Enterprise Truck Rental location directed us to the Reading branch for assistance. As soon as Blake became aware of our situation, he immediately stepped in and began working closely with John and other Enterprise managers to find a solution and get us back on the road. What stood out most was Blake’s willingness to also take ownership and help. He didn’t treat us like someone else’s problem, he treated us like valued customers. He worked collaboratively with multiple locations, communicated clearly, and did everything he could to make a difficult situation right for our family. Not every experience we’ve had with Enterprise has been perfect, but employees like Blake are the reason we continue to come back. Great customer service is revealed when things don’t go according to plan, and Blake demonstrated professionalism, teamwork, and genuine care every step of the way. Thank you, Blake, for going above and beyond to help us during a challenging time. Your efforts, along with John’s, turned a stressful experience into one that reminded us how much dedicated employees can make a difference.
