Went to see prices for rental van for future trip to Texas. Arrived staff very friendly, welcoming, professional attire. Blake(Specialist) was very nice in showing me prises and what kind of Van I was going to use.Got great price on Van rental for trip. Booked the rental several months before. Price was much better than other companies out there. Several week's before trip confirmed the Van Rental was good to go. Everything was set. Arrived on the day of pickup, Van was ready, Brandon(Manager) was there in talking to him,he showed the Van and did a walk around explaining everything. Very impressed with his people skills. Answering questions, explaining everything to me. Rental Van was very NEW had the new vehicle smell. Got a over the top deal and can't thank him enough. I want to give Brandon a shout-out THANK YOU so much, I got less stress thinking about it. Trip to Texas had its ups and down, but over all no problems. Retuned the rental a day early. I took it upon myself to clean out the van, vacuum, wipe out, clean the inside windows and to take it to a car wash and get all the road dirt off and the dead bugs off it. As a addition to giving it back with a full tank of fuel. I was taught, if you use something or borrow something you should return it in better shape than you got it in. Highly recommend this company and its staff in helping your needs and taking time to help you through the process. Five Stars in my book and I'll be spreading the word. Enterprise is the one to use for moving. I will be using this company in the future if needed. Once again thank you Brandon and Blake.( PS: Got ride back home after I returned the van ) If I could give ten out of ten stars I would.

Our business, Hopewell Flower Farm, has been using Enterprise Truck Rental for 2 years. We rent once/week or more and our experience has been fantastic! Brandon and Blake have great customer service and are always willing to go the extra step, if needed. Highly recommend!

I would like to recognize Blake at Enterprise Truck Rental in Reading, Pennsylvania, for the outstanding customer service he provided during a very stressful situation. After the Ford Transit cargo van we rented broke down and needed to be towed, John from the Syracuse Enterprise Truck Rental location directed us to the Reading branch for assistance. As soon as Blake became aware of our situation, he immediately stepped in and began working closely with John and other Enterprise managers to find a solution and get us back on the road. What stood out most was Blake’s willingness to also take ownership and help. He didn’t treat us like someone else’s problem, he treated us like valued customers. He worked collaboratively with multiple locations, communicated clearly, and did everything he could to make a difficult situation right for our family. Not every experience we’ve had with Enterprise has been perfect, but employees like Blake are the reason we continue to come back. Great customer service is revealed when things don’t go according to plan, and Blake demonstrated professionalism, teamwork, and genuine care every step of the way. Thank you, Blake, for going above and beyond to help us during a challenging time. Your efforts, along with John’s, turned a stressful experience into one that reminded us how much dedicated employees can make a difference.
