  I cant say Thank you enough to Angelina at the temple location. She was amazing, there was a mix up and I went to another location to pickup a vehicle ( this where I was scheduled) b/c my vehicle was being repaired. When I showed up at the time and location that I was given no one was there. I called the enterprise location in Temple and was informed by Angelina that the location I was scheduled for was actually closed and that she had a vehicle for me. I was beyond frustrated at that time. I arrived at Temple location and spoke with Angelina who was a HUGE help and very apologetic for the mix up. Again she was great at communicating with me and explaining the process. Thank you!

  Didn't bulshit me around did not play games because I had my own debit card and I didn't belong to any Bank didn't try to force me to go to a bank accepted my money like I was a US citizen then discriminate against me because I didn't have a bank card very friendly very good people you know a proper business just something about when business goes smoothly just makes my day makes me want to give people really good reviews I think this is the first time I've gave anybody a five-star

  So I was just recently in a accident and I had to get a rental car, so as I was talking to the guy while he was inspecting the rental car, he said, can I refer you to our sales team because your car was a total loss? I said yes. So a gentleman named Mark called me. We spoke. I went into the office and I sensed his professionalism, He didn’t force me into any car. He gave me so many options and different scenarios on what type of car was I looking for? SUV, jeep, 2door and so on, Do I have kids and I actually wanted to purchase a certain car, but he said to me the parts are expensive. You have to think down the line and instead of being greedy and selling me that car, he was honest about it, so I have to give Him a five star, not to mention it was 103° outside yesterday and we were in the parking lot going from car to car.. But he never once showed any signs of being impatient everything that he said to me was for my benefit. I’m referring everybody to him.. I left there Happy and I knew I made the correct choice.look him up his name is Mark and you can ask for him when you call.not to mention he’s been with that company 14 years.. so your not going to get the run around with him. Thanks mark and sales team.
