  If I could give this store a 0 star I would, every single time I walk in here it’s purely due to having no other option. Store is a mess, employees are always looking busy when people need help/ checking out. line is practically out the door every time due to everyone always in the back going on their phone instead of manning the register. Sat in line today with about 8 other people for nearly 15 minutes due to the manager having a conversation with his friend and showing him pictures on his phone instead of helping anyone else out. I’d love to use the self checkout that they added because the staff doesn’t want to do their job but conveniently it’s always requiring a password from an employee who can never be found. Oh yea… and don’t bother coming in if you don’t speak Spanish, you’ll be looked at as an outsider with a big forehead sign that says “give me the nastiest look imaginable and ignore my presence”. -10/10 don’t come in here unless it’s a last resort. I’m truly baffled on how the district manager has let this place slip through the cracks every single year it’s an absolute disgrace

  Big Shout Out to the young gentleman Aneudy that works at the 5th St Reading Location. I have visited this location several times and he is always there putting that work in.. Professional, Prompt & Polite. Keeps the check out lines moving. Very respectful & thorough with looking up your parts. He gets the customer involved with there transaction, asking if they have a brand preference & not just trying to sell you the most expensive or cheap junk for your vehicle. Also double checks to making sure they will fit by showing you a picture or opening the box to show you the part to make sure it's the same as what you have before purchasing. Hope to see this young man a store manager one day.

  Went in today to get a replacement headlight bulb and asked if someone could help me install it. Jodie got me what I needed and changed the bulb. So helpful, knowledgeable & polite. Excellent service. Thank you, Jodie! 🫶
