- LCLee CisneyOct 23, 20261.0Went for a pair of 9006 headlight bulb. Sign showing was 33.99( pennies may be off) but none the less bulbs came up 61.99. I questioned the price and Sean looked and said “oh they were stocked in the single pack spot”. There were 2 packs in the spot” the wrong spot”. Not my fault, I saw the sign and grabbed what needed. Never got an apology or “ let me make an adjustment for you”. Also small packs of “bulb grease “ in front of each pack of bulbs. I assumed it was a promotion only to find out I was charged 1.99 for the bulb grease. Advance has been my go-to for bulbs/wipers/ and other parts. But not any more 👎👎👎👎👎

Signs of a bad car battery can range from the need for frequent jump starts, slow to start, cranks or clicks but won't start, dash lights work but the vehicle won't start, etc.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
