Discovered a bolt in my tire and pressure down to 16. Came in on Friday at dinner time thinking that I would need to come back another time, but the Dave/Tim team took the bolt out of my tire and I was on my way. Quickly serviced and a reasonable price. Thanks guys!

Calling ahead was frustrating as both the Harleysville and Quakertown locations didn't answer, so I reached out to the Hatfield store. The staff there was helpful and transferred me to Quakertown to set up an 11:00 AM appointment.
When I arrived at Quakertown, the store was in the middle of a nationwide computer system outage, making it a very hectic and chaotic environment with longer-than-expected waits. I didn't even get a chance to mention that I had a $95 out-the-door quote from Walmart for a Douglas tire to see if they could price match, or to find out if my current tire could be patched first.
Instead of communicating with me about whether the tire was unpatchable or checking in on the replacement options and pricing, they just went ahead and installed the tire I was originally quoted for. Because of the lack of communication, I ended up paying $125 instead of the $95 I would have spent at Walmart, taking a $30 loss.
Between the chaotic system outage and the poor communication regarding my repair and pricing options, it wasn't a great experience, and I will be much more hesitant to return to Mavis in the future...
Following up on my previous experience, I reached out to Mavis customer service regarding the issues during my visit. While they weren't able to issue a direct cash refund to my card and instead provided a voucher, I feel it is a fair and reasonable solution to make things right. I appreciate them stepping up to address the communication breakdown and system outage issues from my initial visit, and I am updating my review to reflect their effort to resolve the complaint...

It was definitely a pleasure working with Tim. He is somebody that is very knowledgeable and Respectable to the customer. He is definitely a leader. The company should definitely hold him high because they definitely have someone they should cherish. Went to a mechanic in greenburgsville Pottstown 2nd street on constitutional avenue and they said I needed a timing chain so I sold my car and bought a new car and decided to try Quakertown Mavis out instead of the Pottstown mechanic and they said I didn’t need a timing chain anymore since I bought a new car was happy my timing issue was fixed good honest mechanics I want to buy the Honda civic in the back it is the love of my life
