DO NOT GO HERE!!! Worst service I’ve ever experienced. Had an appointment for 8am. Got there at 7:30 waited til 7:50 and no one was there so I dropped my keys and left. I get a call at 3pm telling me they can’t do the work on my car today because their system went down. First they said it went down right before my car then they said it’s been happening all day… which is it. Then they told me it’s first come first serve on service. Why have time slots if you don’t actually use them. Plus I was the first there so I should have been first. Worst experience and horrible service would highly suggest looking elsewhere.

This location was recommended by my coworker and he was right! I scheduled the appointment online. Super easy. When I walked in, I was greeted immediately by Tim.
He gave me a rundown of my tire options and price. I really appreciated how quick and thorough he was in explaining what they offered. Also, everyone was really nice and smiled. Very refreshing. Prices are great. This was the easiest tire replacement I’ve ever had. I will be back for sure and highly recommend.

Extremely disappointed with my first experience here. I scheduled a vehicle inspection online, received a confirmation email, and even got a reminder notice the morning of the appointment. I arranged for a friend to follow me so I could drop the car off. When I arrived, the front desk informed me they couldn't perform the inspection because their inspector was on vacation. Nobody bothered to call, text, or email me beforehand to cancel or reschedule. The employee told me nothing could be done because I used their online booking system. Terrible customer service and a complete waste of time won’t return!
