- HDHarley DelpMay 10, 20265.0Tim (service desk representative), is amazing! I dropped in late on Sunday afternoon with a lawn tractor tire that needed to be re-mounted. He gladly offered to help out with this unusual request. He could’ve told me that they were soon closing and try another time - but instead he said he’d see what he could do to get me all fixed up. Of course there was an issue with my valve stem too that made it a little more involved than we thought, but he promptly took care of that too! It saved me that day from having to wait a week to get back to mowing, and I would’ve been mowing a hay field by then. Thanks Tim! You’re the reason that customers come back, because they know they can really trust that their service manager is on their side!

Most recently I brought my car to them with a nail in the tire. The gentleman let me know they were about to close but he would take care of my car. I was incredibly grateful as I would not be able to get back for at least 3 days and a flat tire would have been a serious inconvenience. It is the employees attitudes that keep me coming back!

My right rear tire was not holding air, they identified the issue and told me I needed to replace the tire. But, they recommended the road hazard warranty which I don’t remember being offered when I purchased these 4 tires and since the tires were relatively new, that put the warranty on all 4 tires. I was very happy with the service.
