Had a great experience at this branch. Tim and Will were very patient and explained each procedure and issue the car had. They gave me advice on how to fix the issues and were not persuasive for me to get them fixed with them like how other auto shops do. I’ll definitely be coming back for any other fix I need 100%

Went in to get a tire patched. Called and asked if I could come in right away as I needed to get to work. They said not a problem and they will have it done in under an hour. I get there and sat in the waiting room. My car proceeded to sit in the lot for 30 minutes after arrival, then they brought it in, and next thing I know they have my hood up. Not sure why they’d do that to plug a tire. After another 30 minutes, they then attempted to upsell me on new wipers and a new battery (despite saying that it had 40% life left). Said no to both, then they told me the car was about ready and I left after being there for an hour and a half. Drove it to work, and at the end of the work day, my tire was flat again. Didn’t bother going back, I meant to go to the Midas between Coopersburg and Quakertown in the first place anyways and got it mixed up with Mavis when I originally called. Night and day difference between Mavis and Midas. Midas fixed the problem and I got free coffee from them.
