  I have two cars a Benz and a Nissan and have taken both to this tire choice location. They are helpful and efficient and knowledgeable. I go to Jeremy for whatever questions or concerns I’ve had and he has helped or pointed me in the right direction. I would trust him with any vehicles I get.

  I went for a simpy tire plug. The Spanish lady who just had me standing there didn't say she was ready to help, so there I just stood. Secondly I was not aware of the other things they would do. Which is fine just tell me before you do it. She did not speak to me to let me know that with tire plug, there would be wheel balance and tire dismount. I know I have to pay that's fine, just be courteous and tell him. By the way it took a hour, only me and one customer was here. Thanks

  Tire Choice in Pottsville, PA turned a stressful day into a great one. I was traveling long-distance when I ran into car trouble, and these folks stepped up in every way. The team was incredibly friendly, showed me the wheel balancing and alignment work as it happened, and documented everything with photos and a detailed report. I left feeling confident, taken care of, and genuinely grateful. If you’re ever in the area and need help, this is the place to go.

  This place is 60 dollars over dealership prices and mangers are useless go somewhere else.

  I was very disappointed because they told me they needed to replace the hole motor to my windshield wipers and it was gonna cost me almost $900. I said no I took my truck went somewhere else and come to find out. It was just one loose wire and it was fixed for under 100 bucks. Very disappointed on the people you choose to do mechanic work for your company. They just wanted to get my money and to me they should be ashamed of themselves. I just really felt why would they lie to me in my face telling me a problem that wasn’t a problem and they were just trying to get money out of me. The only thing I did appreciate was them looking at it and there was no charge for that. I’m adding a picture of where the problem was at and they wanted to replace the whole entire motor windshield and everything else. I’m glad I went with a second opinion and went to another company. As a recommendation, I will never send anyone there again. That was my first time at this location I’m not from Pottsville and I really felt hurt because your mechanic probably would of took my money and connected the wire and probably would of charged me $900 I will never go there again.
