  Had my 2021 Honda civic in for aftermarket brake rotor and pad install, mount balance tires, and a 4s heel alignment. They did great work and were very honest about timing and price. Would use the shop again and recommend to others!

  The service is good. Though for change two marker lights in the front I was been charged about $55 labor. Which I think should not take more than 10-15minutes.

  I received an ad for Jim’s in the mail and was very grateful for it! I brought my car in for inspection and had a fantastic experience! The staff were in incredibly professional and friendly. They clearly explained the results and didn’t pressure me into unnecessary repairs. I highly recommend them for anyone needing a reliable and honest inspection in the Royerford area.

  Well, I don't enjoy leaving 1 star reviews at all but in this case it's extremely justified. I don't usually write reviews but in this case it may help someone. I brought my car in here for inspection knowing I had a check engine light on. They ran the codes and told me it was my O2 sensor. Also, I had to replace one of my rear sway bars to pass the safety inspection. They recommended I replace both of them for safety concerns. Being a trustworthy man I said ok. So I paid 1,358.00 for those 3 parts plus labor, taxes, and Total fees. Next, they said to drive the vehicle for 60 miles and then they'd put the stickers on once they knew the check engine light was cleared. So I did. I brought it back the next day and unfortunately for me, and fortunately for them, my check engine light came back on. (They didn't promise me stickers). And conveniently for them they said it was my catalytic converter. They took my nearly 1400 dollars the day before then said $2000 to $3,000 for the catalytic converter repair. So you tell me how that's ethical? You tell me why they would let me pay $1,358 and then give me the more expensive repair afterwards? He blamed the machine for not picking up on the catalytic converter code? And maybe that's the truth. And maybe it's not. I'll never know because I don't work on cars. I have to trust the people that do. I knew there was a chance the light could come on. We discuss that. They didn't promise me stickers. But this feels like the old bait and switch. I trusted these men. They charged me for stickers I didn't even receive. And they did it with a smile on their face. I'm a single father raising a little boy on my own. I'm a blue collar construction Foreman who loves America and supports small businesses just like this one. I work hard for my money just like you and I don't complain much. But this is wrong. I will never spend another penny at this business. Good luck to you. Emissions pass or fail: $36.95 Windshield Sticker : $11.00 Remove and replace rear stabilizer bar: $215.76 Suspension and stabilizer bar link (2) : $328.78 Remove and replace oxygen sensor (1) : $315.88 Direct fit oxygen sensor: 285.98 Total fees: $87.63 (whatever that is)? Taxes: $76.92 Imagine paying all that and then being told you still aren't passing inspection and it's going to cost another 2-3k.
