They did a great job dealing with me . I went in with an attitude due to the fact all car places always want to add other services. They did work with me and explained things in detail. I feel they did a good job and I will be back for further work on my car .

I was in a pinch with a tight timeline before a long distance trip and Jim’s was able to fit me in on the same day. They also reviewed my service record to see what else may be due for service. They are conveniently located behind the Ford dealership. Very helpful and friendly. I plan to return.

The staff is very friendly and explains work to be done in detail. They accommodate emergency situations the very same day. Overall we are grateful and appreciate their service.
