  Jim's shop is definitely a special one. I brought an 02 DeVile in to get essentially restored and they made every step of the process feel easy. I left my car in their lot in the middle of the night and they turned her right around into a highway cruiser. After phone call with Jim himself there's no other shop I would have trusted with my Cadillac. Brendan my mechanic was pleasant, knowledgable, and a real help. I tell everyone I know where I got my work done.

  An excellent experience. I had PA Inspections performed; the vehicle passed both inspections and stickers applied. The shop suggested repairs and maintenance, which were reasonable suggestions, given the age (11 years) of the vehicle. There was no sales pressure applied regarding the suggested repairs, which I declined because of the vehicle's age and desire to eventually apply the dollars to the purchase of a replacement vehicle.

  Went there because I had a coupon for an oil change from a month or 2 prior that has no expiration on it but they would not honor. Car was also losing coolant and had them check that out. They quoted me out for a new water pump and some gasket for over $2400. No way I could afford that at the time. Within a week I took it to another shop My Guys in boyertown, they ran diagnostic and checked everything from what Jim’s said, not only did I not need all that work done, but even when I got a quote if I did it was 1/3 the price, and they couldn’t believe how much Jim’s was charging. They ended up replacing some housing and with labor and one other thing I had them do cost me like $300. I do not recommend you go to Jim’s unless you like being ripped off. Give My Guys a shot though, 2 locations and super straightforward.

  These guys found the cause and repaired an oil pressure issue that my local shop kept "bandaiding " They didn't quit on it and the Promaster is running great. Highly recommend !!

  Polite, helpful, and very concerned for your needs. I was headed into surgery and I just wanted to get oil change and tires rotated and they mentioned you’re basically all done for inspection. You just need emissions and it’s due so they did that and the pricing was very reasonable. thank you again for all your help.
