- CHCandice HunterMay 9, 20261.0Worst enterprise experience I’ve ever had…I made a reservation on April 10 for a XL suv for May 8th…I showed up a little early for my reservation 9:20am reservation was for 10am I was told they didn’t have any XL SUV’s available they were waiting for someone to bring one back @ 10 said they would call if he arrived before then..so ok I was early so I left came back now it’s 10:15am still no XL suv…I asked why didn’t they call to let me know that it still wasn’t available he then proceeds to tell me that someone named Matt called me at 7:20am and left a message which was a lie…and if that was the case why didn’t you say that when I showed up the first time?! If someone called me and left a message why would I show up?? Not once but twice Because you’re lying no one called or left me a voicemail, he then goes on to tell me the customer said he was 45 mins away stuck in traffic..I was offered a 15 seat passenger van smh I needed the suv for college move out not for a family trip….I guess the guy never returned the SUV because I never got a call saying the car was available for pickup that day…i just don’t understand how a reservation that was booked a month in advance was not available. Very disappointing and unprofessional service especially because of the lies..

- AMAndrew McVeighApr 7, 20265.0i only use enterprise because i find their insurance costs reasonable - the "walk away, here's the wreck" insurance is usually about $40 a day, and their damage policy is incredibly sensible too ("anything bigger than a golf ball is a problem"). i just find them super reasonable, and i've never had a bad experience. i've probably hired a car from them 20 times.
