  It was easy and quick to pickup and return my rental car. Rental car was clean and in great condition.

  This place is a joke. If you want your time and money wasted this is the place for you. It doesn’t matter if you book over a week in advance when you walk in they still won’t have the vehicle ready for you. You’ll be offered a minivan or another ugly vehicle. Absolutely ridiculous and this place needs to be managed better. If this just happened one time that’s one thing, but this is the second encounter of this exact situation happening. I absolutely do not recommend this place. You’re better off renting from literally anywhere else.

  Watch your credit card statement. We were sent here from Nissan to get a suv rental for two days. After the paperwork was completed we were waiting for the paperwork to be complete. During the wait Nissan called and said my vehicle was ready. So we told Aliana my vehicle was ready, we don’t need the rental. Since we didn’t receive the vehicl, she told me she will cancel the rental as if it never existed and I will receive my 100. 00 deposit back shortly. The rental that was cancelled occurred on September 30, 2026. My refund was never returned as of October 6, 2026. I have called on October 5, 2026 Spoke to the Manager -Shawn on the phone, he assured me they did their part closing out the rental, he blamed the credit card department for the reason I haven’t received my refund. Shawn said he will send a email to the credit department and he will call me back. I have to chase them down to see when my refund will be returned. Just keep in mind to watch your credit card statements you may not get your deposit back from Enterprise credit department. I use enterprise a lot, and have received my deposits back from Roxbourgh enterprise and Wynnewood enterprise. I’d I didn’t check my credit card statement, enterprise would have let my money. For some unknown reason this time with Ridge Pike enterprise there’s a problem. Watch your credit card statement.

  The staff were all super polite and helpful. The vehicle was clean and ready when we got there. The price was great. That's an unbeatable combination!

  Fácil acceso y buena atención, necesitábamos una minivan y las opciones eran mínimas, pero al final entregaron una Kia Carnival y solo esperamos unos minutos en lo que la prepararon para que pudiéramos usarla. Recomiendan reservar con anticipación para obtener la unidad de su preferencia.
