  My jeep had an exhaust leak in the flex pipe, it's so loud and is immediately noticeable when starting the car. Took it here for them to quote the repair and do an oil change while they had it. The next day they still had not called at 4 pm. I called to see what's happening and they told me it would be $75. They put the wrong oil in my car and said there was a miscommunication and they didn't know about the exhaust leak. I immediately realized they were incompetent if they didn't hear the exhaust leak when starting the car. They quoted me over $2,000 to fix the exhaust once they finally looked at it. I waited to write this review until having it fixed at my normal garage where I'm being charged $250 for the repair. This place is wildly mismanaged and overpriced. Only good thing was the kind man working the counter.

  Really cheesy supervisor always no where to be found , his attitude was bigger then his stomach.

  Made an appointment for 5:30pm. Show up & they didn’t know about the appointment. said their mechanics left for the day already at 5. Stated they didn’t have the tools for an oil change. I called the customer service number & they didn’t really care either besides suggesting I go to a different location. It was 6:20 at this time, they close at 7. I went the next day. I had 50% off coupon & the total was $73. That don’t seem like 50% off to me. This is most likely my first and last experience with Monro. There was another man there waiting with who had the same experience& had to come back the next day.

  Two young adults with a wealth of knowledge. Ask for Xavier and Jon. Two quality young humans. Great place with great knowledge is rare. But it’s here!!!!! Thanks Boys. You’re the only people touching these two.
