They are absolutely amazing here!! Manny is the best, and James is also great. They did a lot of preventative maintenance on my 12 year old Tacoma with 190k miles on it and it’s running amazing now, I can feel the difference! I’ll get another 100k miles out of it thanks to these guys. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my truck. They also found me a great price on a set of good tires. Very happy with the work, they do a lot more than just tires! Highly recommend getting a brake flush, power steering flush and fuel injection service in your vehicle to help it to run like new again. I’ll definitely be bringing it back here for my next big job - strut replacement

Previously had good luck with Mavis but it seems like one location doesn't want to touch the other locations mess-ups.. or there's a million excuses why they can't get the vehicle in within a timely manner. There's no clear-cut warranty and corporate flatout does not care.. the state inspection process at Mavis is also questionable given an inspection sticker was installed on a vehicle with a bad tie rod end in which they installed

This place is a breath of fresh air. Called for a fast appointment for tires and knew I needed some other things but wasn’t exactly sure. Manny was FANTASTIC! Got me all set up quickly, asked all the right questions, made sure the service was complete and gave me a realistic expectation from the very first interaction. In total, I had tires replaced, all four rotors and brakes, as well as windshield wipers. Everything went great and were reasonably priced which is a HUGE deal for us small business owners. This will be my new go to spot locally. Thank you Mavis! Your whole team was EXCELLENT!

I don't typically write reviews good or bad. I try to think the best of everyone and assume maybe it was just an off moment but I cannot in good conscience let this experience go without letting everyone know to stay away from this location. It I could have given it 0 stars I would have. I called ahead and spoke to a very nice lady and explained that we were traveling up north and needed 2 tires replaced ASAP. I explained the type of vehicle we had before we booked the appointment. This was at 10:48. She made an appointment for 11:00 I was extremely impressed and sent the driver of the vehicle ahead to get the process started. Unfortunately that was the last bit of good that came from this visit. When he arrived they looked at the tires and said they couldn't lift the vehicle to replace the tires. This is on an E350 van. Nothing large. So he asked if he got the tires off if they could just mount and balance the tires for us. They were ok with that but the van couldn't be on their property. When we arrived he had the van on bottle jacks with the tires off. So the first problem was the fact that we could jack the van up but the tire store refused. Not that a floor jack wouldn't have been sufficient to handle this. So we take the tires in and we wait and wait and wait. After over an hour I went in and asked what was taking so long. Mount and balance on two tires with the equipment they have should have been 30 minutes and that is of you are going slow. The man that I spoke to was in now rush to get these tires back to us. Meanwhile my van is stiing on jacks in the parking lot for anything to happen. While we waited another customer came in with a trailer tire damaged and once again they were asked to move the unit off property and pull the tire for repairs. Thank goodness they back up to a shopping complex since they are too lazy to handle simple jobs just because they can put it on a lift. We finally got our tire and got back on the road. I have been in customer service my whole life and a service manager for the last 15 years. I would be ashamed to work for a facility with such sub par treatment of their customers. I don't recommend this location for any service work. Maybe if you just want to buy a tire and have 3 hours to wait for it
