- JDJust Dana4 days ago5.0Travelling from NC to White Mountains in northern NH and came across a cement construction block in the middle of I81 north. Ended up at truck stop near Pittston, PA, called Mavis Tire, 1650 S Township Blvd, Pittston, PA at 7:45a, 15 min. prior to 8a open. Spoke to Customer Service expert Maurice. Explained I81 encounter with cement. We could drove it 2 mi from truck stop to Mavis. Kind response was just get it here and we will take care of everything. Maurice squeezed us into a busy Saturday schedule, tire, alignment, and offered needed oil chg at the same time... Having worked as a manager for Kronos Global Support, I understand schedules, resources, and customer crises. Maurice represents a quality of customer care that sets Mavis Tires apart. As we relocate south, I will continue to use Mavis Tires if possible.

I didn't have my registration printed and he let me email it to them and he printed it for me. During the Inspection, when he said my tires were bald, he offered if I wanted to see. This was nice so I didn't feel "gypped". Especially since I don't know a lot about cars, so they explained why it failed and the standards they need to pass by. The crew was cool and nice. I didn't feel pressure to make decisions, they seemed to care about giving me the best option for my needs. When coming back to get things done with the lugnuts, he asked how the tires felt. I said different, and then offered to test drive it for me because I couldn't tell if that feeling was normal or not.

- JAJahdiel AlstonMay 4, 20261.0Liars, came in to get my tire repaired and was told my bolts were rusted on and my tire couldn't be repaired, they tried to swll.me new bolts for $10 a piece which totaled $60, and a new tire for $159....dont go here unless you want to be lied to and over charged. Went to Kost and they took my tired off and fixed it in 20 mins.
