I recently had an issue with my car that required extensive suspension repairs. My front right axle was cracked leaking grease onto brand new brakes and rotors, that I had recently had put on this past fall. In addition, my front struts were shot and back struts were original. It was the day before the 4th of July and my mechanic (15 +years) couldn't get me in for a week and a half . James from Mavis was able to squeeze me in that very day. They knew I needed my car quickly as I have to be able to drive to work the following Wednesday. The job couldn't be completed that day as parts had to be ordered and the next day was a holiday. Gabriel came in on his day off to make certain my car was repaired on time. I'm typically not a fan of chains, however, Gabriel has me rethinking that thought. This was a very pleasant experience. Gabriel was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I will definitely bring my car back for any future maintenance needed. Thank you so very much!

The Fall of 2025 was a terrible one for our family. My husband was in and out of emergency rooms, and was hospitalized for surgery. He was then back and forth between hospitals, In House Therapy Services and a Nursing Home from the end of October to mid December. My tires choose this time to be unreliable and loosing air. I believe I was at Mavis every week during that time for air in my tires. I wasn't able to do it. Everytime I was there, they would check my tires and fill them with.air.. A short while ago, my tire got damaged and just went flat. I had my car towed there and the next day it was ready with 4 new tires and an alignment. It was late in the day, and they waited for me to get there. Maurice and the entire team are kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and reliable.. Thank you gentlemen for all your help. I would recommend Mavis to anyone! Great service!

Gabriel was super helpful with the tire installation. I had bought a car that came with 2 brand new tires. There was 2 tires on the car that were no good. Gabriel swapped them out for me. Great service.

Been a Mavis customer for two decades across NY, PA, NJ and SC. Relocated back to PA last week, got everything switched over this week, and scheduled an inspection with this location.
I get a call today saying despite there being tons of availability on the online scheduler, that it can't be done today, and instead can be done tomorrow.
If you're booking an inspection, you can't trust or depend on the online scheduler. I recommend calling to schedule that.
Decided to cancel this appointment and go to another location that could fit me in today.
