  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had such a great experience working with Eric Peters! From start to finish, the entire process was easy! There was never any pressure, and Eric truly went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely great to work with. It’s not often you can say buying a car was an enjoyable experience! I couldn’t be happier with my car and would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a new vehicle!

  Called to get a price on a vehicle that I saw online & sent in the VIN of the car I would trade. The salesperson called me and immediately starts telling me how my car has a past accident listed on CarFax, so it will just go to auction because an accident reduces the value so much. Alright, whatever, I'm just waiting for a final price on the car I wanted to buy - what happens to the trade is none of my business. Then, the guy from the business office calls to tell me that he's giving me such a great deal and when he's all done hyping it up, the final price he quoted was $2,000 more than the online price. When I pointed that out, he said "oh, I don't know why Ken put that price on there but I'll honor it since it's already posted" as if he's doing me a big favor by giving me the price that was advertised. I don't like car dealers who think they're slick and I don't like stupid games. All I wanted was the bottom line but apparently, that too much to ask so I'll take my business elsewhere.

  Bought my Toyota Corolla last month from a nice guy named Trevor Reilly very easy to work with and helped me out with any problem I had. I recommend this dealership big time!

  Tremendous customer service. I had an unfortunate incident happen 100 miles from home. The Pollock team treated me like I was a 30 year customer! Special thanks to the service manager who stayed after hours to guide me. And endless gratitude to Lisa K. in the body shop. Her help, demeanor and professionalism was outstanding.

  We can’t say enough wonderful things about Ken Pollock Volvo in Pittston! Everyone at this dealership goes above and beyond to make you feel valued, appreciated, and truly like family. We’ve leased two XC90s from them over the past five years, and even though we live out of state, we continue to make the drive because the experience and customer service are simply that good. Kenny, Eric, and Corey have always taken such great care of us and our family, and we couldn’t be more grateful. Our extended family feels the same way and continues to get their cars from Ken Pollock Volvo as well. That says everything about the trust and relationships they’ve built with us over the years.
