  We recently bought a certified 2023 XC 90 b6 from Eric Peters. Eric was very knowledgeable, accommodating, patient and a pleasure to work with. He coordinated the entire process including financing and paint touch ups, so everything went very smoothly. Ken Pollock and his team are top notch which is why I am a repeat customer and recommend them to anyone who wants a stress free experience and a quality product.

  Stopped in about a month ago to check out new line of Volvo EVs. Met with salesman, Trevor Reilly. He was super chill as far as salesmen go and he knew literally everything about the EX30 which we took for a drive. We were very impressed with his honesty and patience. We had a lot of questions. He was able to answer all of them. After the drive, we told him we needed to do a little more research. There was no pressure. By the end of the day, I called him back and we were making a great deal. Long story short, we love the EX30. We have been driving it for a month with zero issues. And Trevor has reached out to make sure we were happy about 3 times so far. That’s going above and beyond. If you’re planning to do business with the Ken Pollock group, we recommend going with Trevor Reilly.

  I purchased a 2024 XC60 from out of state. I received the car with the air conditioner not working. I had to take the car to a Volvo in my state for it to be fixed and was informed that the hood had been replaced. It's been a very frustrating process because I specifically asked about any damage in the vehicle's history. I spoke with Ken the manager who told me there is nothing to be done to rectify this. Also, they do not accept out of state financing which I haven't heard of before. I had to use their financing which was not competitive at all. I do not recommend purchasing a used vehicle with Ken Pollock especially if you're out of state. It doesn't seem that they care to make sure you're taken care of and that the vehicle is in good shape. They did not inform me of the damage to the hood of the car prior to me purchasing the vehicle even after I asked multiple times. Their response is false. I called to address my concerns and was told nothing can be done to rectify this situation.

  I recently purchased a 2026 Volvo XC40 from Ken Pollock, and overall I had a great experience. Eric Peters and Cory went above and beyond to help me get into the vehicle I wanted. They made the process feel less like a sales transaction and more like they genuinely wanted to help me find the right car. Eric was especially great to work with. He was knowledgeable, responsive, and made the entire experience enjoyable. I would highly recommend him to anyone interested in purchasing a Volvo. The only area that fell short was the detailing of the vehicle. The interior was not properly detailed, and much of the exterior appeared to have only been run through a car wash. To his credit, Eric recognized the issue and personally tried to make it right by cleaning the exterior himself, which I greatly appreciated. Despite the detailing concern, the sales experience was excellent, and I would gladly work with Eric, Cory, and the Ken Pollock team again for my next vehicle purchase.

  My wife and I have wanted a Volvo ,sort of our dream car for a long time. We finally decided to do it. By looking around online we seemed to think that Ken Pollock Volvo was the place to go in our area of PA. Well we made the right choices. Shortly after we arrived we were greeted by Eric Peters and he lead us through the process in a very comfortable way. In the end of the day we purchased a new XC60. The whole team was very genuine and helpful to us. If your looking for a dream car, look up Eric.
