He made sure I was getting exactly what I wanted, and kept up with amazing communication skills through the entire process. The finance manager, Jeri was also absolutely wonderful and took the time to really explain everything to me in detail, and get me the best rate possible. They even went as far as to let me know what I am able to do in the future! This made the entire process seamless and stress free! I went to many local dealerships and never once felt nearly as informed or important as I did with Ken Pollock Volvo!
