  I went to this AutoZone, expecting not the best service off of some reviews… however, I went there and I received the most help I could have ever received better than any other auto store in the area. I started off looking for my part in advance and was so disappointed, and I was treated like an idiot because I know nothing about car parts, I then proceeded to AutoZone and received immense help from everyone working there. Everyone went above and beyond, especially the two ladies in the back who carefully explained exactly what I needed and price matched. I think this is one of the best AutoZone’s I’ve been to in a couple years, so thank you so much to the lovely ladies that helped me out.#girlpower

  Came here after my battery died, Nayah and Rachel were so helpful!! the absolute best people if you’re in a sticky situation! 10/10 recommend them

  Stop deleting my reviews AUTOZONE! And only keeping the good ones. You have workers making reviews making it look like a good place and your a joke. This place is a joke anymore. They got new people who can't even get what you need. The Grey shirt big guy keeps selling me wrong part. Called talked to a Stephanie said they got it 2 weeks now going in and still wrong part. Finally see her and she dresses homeless, I thought you are supposed to look presentable. Went in again few days ago and no one is manding their stations. Big guy grey shirt is in back talking with which sounded like 2 girls. Can't call them ladies cause black hair one was flirting with another customers bf the last time and they fought in the parking lot. Didn't know a part store was the next soap opera. It is a business not a drama place. They have no knowledge of parts. I got to know Alex before she seemed to know a bit by the computer to show me parts but this is absurd. Everyone is on the phones other times I go in. Advanced or Napa gained a loyal customer now. Took them 3 min and got the parts I needed. I have been to other autozones in the area and pittston is the worst one. The old man there seems to be the only good one. He told me the old manager is back there time to time to do things. Mike ran it good along with Albert I think that was him name the last manager but if Mike is back, there is nothing good there. Its dirty and isles are misplaced.I have so many complaints I am reaching out to the corporate office.

  Pittston bypass- Extremely helpful and friendly staff. They lady triple checked to make certain I was getting the correct parts. And the manager looked out and even changed out my brake light for me. Now that's 5 star service!

  Went there to do a return and after I used the restroom while in the restroom employees starting talking about me my wife heard them. I will never go back to this location again
