  Bernard was excellent. He explained the entire process to me and answered all of my questions. After examining my vehicle thoroughly he made an offer for my Rav4. I accepted the offer and left with a check in my hand. Bernard was able to get the paperwork done quickly and I was on my way.!!

  Bernard was very professional and honest. The purchase of my car was delayed due to paperwork not matching the name on the title. My sale was not approved at that time until the correct paperwork was presented. Bernard explained it to me and told me due to the delay the company is going to increase my offer. I really appreciate we buy any car. My offer was a little less than the KBB my car maintenance was accurate which makes sale offers increase.

  Finding Honest , knowledgeable and understanding people in Life seems rare these days. I did just that though when trying to Sell my 2007 H3 Hummer. It was an easy on- line set up and I chose closest to my Home. I set up an appointment day and time. Bernard was the Manager at the Plum office. He was that rare Honest , hardworking, fair manager that treated with dignity. He explained everything so well. I was treated fair and will tell others that if your looking to sell your vehicle.   Great service!!! Bernard and Jared were both fantastic. Bernard went above and beyond—he helped raise the price of our vehicle and made sure we got the best possible value which was awesome He also is very hospitable and great to have a conversation with. Jared was equally impressive with how quick he was during the inspection process. The whole experience was stress-free. All around a 5-star experience! If you want to sell a car bring it here!
