- JLJesse LJul 8, 20251.0Will not return. Bike needed two screws and a new horn to pass. Did repairs myself. Should have gotten a sticker the next day but no. Upon returning he “found something else he didn’t like. No written invoices upon change of work order, Was going to charge me for everytime he looked at the bike but ended up only charging me twice. Took two weeks to get a sticker bc they’re always leaving early and don’t call you back till end of day
- JMJosh MackeyOct 4, 20161.0DO NOT TAKE YOUR MOTORCYCLES HERE! Absolutely horrible. Charges for things that aren't needed for inspection. After I got my bike back from inspection I've had nothing but issues with it. From oil leaks, to battery and electrical issues. Before inspection I had never had any problems whatsoever! Got charged for a back tire when I just bought a new one 2000 miles before inspection.

Took it to my dealer, who tried to make me replace my tires (less than 6 months old), because they obviously didn't know what they were doing and were relying on a computer to think for them instead of using common sense. Took it to VMC based on advice from a friend, and they immediately identified a bent axle as the problem. Replaced it for ~$200 and I was on my way. Been going there ever since with zero complaints. It's amazing how much better service you get from someone who has a brain/cares, versus the typical idiots.
