  This is more of a PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT than a review. Two days ago we called to verify that Valvoline offered the oil we needed for our car and to see if they accepted a specific coupon we received in the mail. We were told "yes" on both accounts. Fast forward to today, on arrival, they quickly glanced at the coupon and immediately explained that the coupon was only valid on "entry level" oils and we needed premium oil. This contradicted the man we spoke to two days prior. We kindly thanked him and drove off because without a coupon, the dealership is cheaper. Looking back down at the coupon that states "50% off ANY PREMIUM OIL CHANGE....Full synthetic, synthetic blend, or diesel-motor oils", we were confused. We called another location who also said the coupon should be valid but transferred us to customer service just to be safe. The customer service rep verified that "yes" the coupon would be valid for our full synthetic suv. She suggested that we go to any other valvoline location and gave us a list lol. So, PSA if you plan to use a coupon, choose a different location.

  I have been going to this location for a while now. I told the manager today, that I truly appreciate all the employees. They are always so nice and helpful. I would send all my family and friends here. The atmosphere that they have there is a really good vibe. Thanks guys!!!
