  I gassed up at the airport 200ft from the location. But I was told I was being charged $55 gas charge! I pointed at the full gas gage and the attendant said there was a mistake in the computer system. He went away then came back and said they would need to charge me and then refund it later. The attendant said it was the second time it had happened today. I have not received any emails regarding the refund. Only the email for the extra charge. Attempts to call them leads nowhere. Just a machine that never answers. Take an Uber to a rental location away from the airport, you will save a lot.

  This was my first time renting with Sixt. I had a fantastic experience. Their fleet of BMW cars is second to none. I rented a brand new BMW 3 series at a price point that couldn’t be matched by the competitors. The Sixt app and online check in are super user friendly and intuitive. No lines, no delays, no hassle. My car was ready with keys inside at pick up time. Any employees that I had contact with were friendly and kind. I will rent with Sixt again in the future.

  I rented a vehicle from Sixt Rental Car company at JFK International and dropped off at Pittsburgh International Airport. I was charged over $500.00 less than day rental. Then a month later the company alleges that I caused damage to the vehicle despite the vehicle being returned in the exact condition that it was received. They claim that there is a rim scratch, door dings, and bumper damage despite no paint damage. I have requested that the company provide me with the previous 5 rental inspection reports and they have failed to do so and continue to call me. They claim that there is over $1,600.00 in damage done to the vehicle by me and will not provide prior inspection reports. A Google search showed me that the company is known to do this and continues to do it. This is a fraudulent and deceptive business practice. Do not rent from this company.

  My family and I got in late from our flight. It was convenient that they didn't close until 1am. The car that was assigned to us was very small even though I reserved an intermediate SUV. Zach was working in the garage and overheard our conversation about trying to get all of our luggage and the 4 of us in the vehicle. He asked if he could help. I said no because I didn't want to inconvenience him. Zach insisted on seeing if there was a larger option. He quickly found us a vehicle that fit our needs. Zach also went down and brought the vehicle to us as he saw how tired we all were. I have never, in the 20 plus years of traveling to Pittsburgh airport, had a rental car agent be so thoughtful, patient, kind, and understanding. Zach is an all star employee.
