  At both pickup and checkout I was asked if all of my expectations had been met. At pickup, I was asked if Ineas familiar with the car I rented. When my response was a little shaky, they took the time to show me how to put it in park.

  My experience with Sixt Rental Car was excellent from start to finish. The staff was professional, friendly, and made the whole process quick and easy. The car was clean, smooth, and exactly what I needed. They really made everything stress free and treated me with great customer service. I will definitely rent from Sixt again and recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable rental experience. :)

  The staff demonstrated excellent professionalism and courtesy, providing helpful assistance throughout. Both pickup and drop-off processes were efficient. However, my rating reflects dissatisfaction with Sixt as a company, not this location. I initially reserved at a certain daily rate, but when I extended for an additional day, I was charged $100 instead of the original rate. Having rented vehicles globally, I have never encountered such a significant increase relative to the agreed-upon rate. It is my belief that companies respond most effectively to financial feedback. Therefore, I do not plan to use Sixt in the future—not due to concerns with their personnel or vehicles, but because unforeseen travel changes should not result in disproportionate charges.

  I originally had a reservation with a competitor. Our arrival time was 11:30 pm on a Saturday night. When we arrived to pick up our vehicle, which was a premium SUV, I was told that they did not have one on site. I asked why they would rent something that they do not have on the lot and some idiotic explanation. While I was dealing with their incompetence, my son went over to see what other Rental companies were still open. Sixt was open and had a comparable vehicle. While it wasn't exactly what we wanted, it was very close and also only had 300 miles on the vehicle (Brand New). My agent (AbdaNa) was fantastic and not only did he find me the right vehicle, he walked their lot with me to show me what they had and even took the time to make sure it would work for our trip. As this was for a funeral for a very close loved one, I already under an extreme amount of stress and emotions. Your Agent(AbdaNa) and company made such an impact on my, I told everyone at the funeral, wake, and whoever I came in contact with during my 6 day visit. I was impressed and now you won a new customer and I am saying goodbye to the other company after I inform them of their major screw up and loss. Thank you AbdaNa and Sixt for being there when I needed you!
