  Whatever you do, inspect your vehicle thoroughly before leaving Safelite. Unfortunately, we didn’t — and now I seriously regret it. My wife’s vehicle was taken to their shop for a windshield replacement because they couldn’t complete the work in our driveway. That alone wasn’t an issue. The problem is what we discovered afterward. The vehicle has not been anywhere else since the appointment, and while washing it today, I found multiple noticeable scratches on the hood. What makes it even worse is that instead of informing us about the damage, someone attempted to cover it up with touch-up paint — and did an absolutely terrible job. Now the hood has both scratches and a botched paint repair attempt that honestly looks worse than the original damage. At no point did anyone mention this to us. No honesty. No accountability. Nothing. Needless to say, I will never use Safelite again, and I’ll also be contacting my insurance company regarding the experience. Just a friendly reminder to always inspect your vehicle carefully after any maintenance or repair work — even from companies you expect to trust.

  I had a great experience here! A few days ago, I was driving on the highway when a small rock hit my windshield and left a quarter-sized, star-shaped crack. They were able to repair it in about 30 minutes and walked me through the entire process. I’d definitely recommend making an appointment ahead of time, because they mentioned they are appointment-only. I got lucky and they were able to squeeze me in, but it’s best not to make an appointment

  The process was not stressful at all. Communication was very clear I felt very supported Craig the technician was very professional.patient and he worked very fast. The price I was quoted was also very affordable This was a great experience under the circumstances Thank you!
