I had to have my power window replaced because a rock cracked it. My technician (Josh) was
Prompt, professional and really quick when he replaced my window. He checked to make sure it was working when he was done and was friendly as well. I hope I don’t need them, but if I do I won’t hesitate to use Safelite again.

My windshield issue happened Wednesday they had at home appointments within 24 hours. The technician was on time friendly did great work. Highly recommend

Well the windshield replacement and customer was great but I noticed when riding as passenger in my car that there is some damage and this piece doesn't click back together and stay there.
You won't know that you have to pay to replace your state inspection stickers
after they cut them out..
Safelite responded but my point was that upon arrival, you did tell me about the stickers. There was damage!
And now customer service rating lowered to one star.

Did not have the wipers in stock that were supposed to be part of the windshield replacement package through my insurance company. Instead they told me to go buy the wipers and ask for a reimbursement from the insurance company.
Poor communication from Safelite
2 days in a row, no-call no-show by techs.
If I did not chase down info, I would have gotten NONE.
Original appt for mobile service on 6/11 was confirmed the day prior by phone call. On day of, no-call, no-show. Made multiple calls to cust srv to get answers, none of the calls were able to provide any answer other than, you need to reschedule.
6/12: Had to call to reschedule, was told mobile appt on 6/12 was available and was scheduled. Again, no call no show by tech.
Called customer service again who connected me with the Penn Hills shop.
Shop was able to get work done but I had to go to the shop, not mobile service I needed.
Shop advised 6/11 tech had family matter and could not do appt, I understand this.
I should have been told my appointment would be impacted.
