The crew at the route 51 Safelite location were friendly, professional, and very good at what they do! They did a great job replacing a windshield on my 1995 Ford Bronco. I highly recommend them!

I had a great experience with Safelite, and I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and follow-up. I went in because the glass on my rearview mirror was cracked and needed assistance with the installation. I expected to be charged for the service, but the manager was incredibly kind and explained that it was a simple repair. The whole process took only about 5 minutes, and he generously said he didn’t want to charge me for such a quick and simple job. It’s not every day you come across someone who is willing to help without focusing on making a sale. I really appreciated the manager’s kindness, honesty, and professionalism. The customer service and follow-up were outstanding. Thank you, Safelite, for making this such a positive experience. I truly appreciate it and will definitely remember the great service!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a great experience with Safelite! Josh was the technician who worked on my car, and he was absolutely awesome. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was done right. The entire process was easy and hassle-free from start to finish. Josh clearly takes pride in his work and represents Safelite extremely well. I really appreciate the excellent service and would absolutely use Safelite again. Highly recommend — and a huge thank you to Josh!

Unacceptable CUSTOMER SERVICE** I am beyond disappointed with my experience with Safelite AutoGlass today, and I will be taking this complaint directly to **corporate** because the way this appointment was handled was completely unacceptable. My appointment was scheduled **six hours in advance**, and I made myself available because I work and understand that when you schedule an appointment, you are expected to honor that commitment. The technician assigned to my appointment, **Maurice**, texted me asking for pictures. I responded and explained that I was working and asked if he was on his way. His response was, **“Nope, I have until 6 to be there.”** Fine. I understood that. But 6:00 came and went. Then 6:15 came. **I was still sitting there waiting.** I texted Maurice asking if he was on his way. **Nothing. No response. No phone call. No text. No explanation. Absolutely nothing.** I then had to call Safelite customer service MYSELF to find out what was happening. After being placed on hold, I was finally told that the technician **was not going to make it.** Let that sink in. I waited **SIX HOURS**, rearranged my workday, made myself available for Safelite, and nobody had the professionalism or basic courtesy to contact me and say, *“We're not going to make it today.”* Instead, I had to chase Safelite down to get an answer. Then the solution offered by customer service was to **reschedule me for tomorrow.** I explained that I WORK. I made this appointment. I set aside my time. I cannot simply keep taking time away from work because Safelite cannot manage its appointments or communicate with its customers. The response was essentially that someone would call me in the morning. **Absolutely not.** I should not have to rearrange my life AGAIN because your company failed to fulfill an appointment it made with me. I understand that emergencies happen. Technicians get delayed. Schedules change. But **communication is basic customer service.** If the technician knew he wasn't going to make it, I should have received a phone call or text. Instead, I was left sitting there for hours with no information. This was not just an inconvenience. **It was disrespectful of my time.** Maurice's lack of communication was unprofessional, and the response from customer service did not demonstrate any urgency or accountability for the inconvenience Safelite caused. I will be escalating this matter to **Safelite corporate/customer relations** because customers should not have to fight to get basic communication and accountability after making an appointment. **Safelite, I didn't miss my appointment. YOU missed my appointment, and then left me sitting there for six hours without the courtesy of telling me.** I expect someone from corporate to address this situation, explain what happened, and explain what Safelite intends to do to make this right. **My time has value. My work has value. And as a paying customer, I deserve better than this.**
