I called these guys and got me in and out with a set of tires and an alignment within an hour!! They’re definitely top pick for me for sure!
- AFAshley FoxApr 10, 20261.0Do NOT go to this location. Asst. Manager (acting manager) Jim has some of the worst customer service skills. He yelled at us. Why? Because we were informed AFTER they took off our two bad tires that —-You ordered the wrong tire size!—- Pardon me? No. We had our two back tires replaced at NTB and when I made the appt, they asked for the phone number and the vehicle. That was it. Then after getting us in, and our old tires off, they said no, the tires were $20 more each. Excuse me?! Then he blamed us. And yes, I raised my voice but then he started yelling at us. A manager at a retail location should NEVER yell at a customer. I have worked plenty of retail jobs in the past. I asked for the name and number for the regional manager and he refused. When I told him to call them as this was a bait and switch, he refused and he snatched my car’s key card. I finally had to pay the extra amount and then be on the phone with corporate for 30 minutes for them to fix what he should have fixed from the start. NTB corporate did refund the difference but I have to wait until tomorrow for it to clear back into my account. Yes, I had to go back into the store and he was not happy. The staff at the McMurray location are waaaaay nicer. Go there. I will NEVER return to the Home Drive location of NTB ever again unless they terminate that Asst Manager.
