- VVVictoriaApr 4, 20265.0this ntb has bailed me out of stuff with my car, not once, but twice. everyone there is always so nice. jesse took care of us last night when my tire went flat. he was very sweet and funny, and had us in and out of the shop in like 30 minutes. this ntb is probably going to be my go to car place for as long as i live in north hills :) the cost of the tire + getting it on was a lot less than i was expecting, which was also great thank you jesse and the team at ntb <3

- ASAiden SmithMar 19, 20261.0They said my rear tires came in with out the center caps on them, after we showed them pictures of them being there they still claimed that they “weren’t on the car when we arrived”. Mechanic talked to me once said they were there and I never heard from him again after asking to speak with him. Plus no call back on update for the center caps.
