  Great service! I went in needing a flat repair that day and Tim, Jess, and the rest of the staff got me in, took care of the flat and got me out the door. They didn't try to sell me tires or anything extra that was not needed. Just did what I requested but did say that soon I will need tires and showed me why and explained why. Because of his honesty and not trying to upcharge or sell me anything, I made a later appointment at NTB for an inspection and tires. I highly recommend this place.

  I had a really great experience at NTB-National Tire & Battery. Jessica at the front desk was so professional and kind—she made everything easy right from the start and kept things running smoothly. Jeff was also super helpful and took the time to answer all of my questions, which I really appreciated. I came in needing a few things looked at, and they gave me a really fair, reasonable quote and explained everything in a way that actually made sense. I never felt rushed or pressured into anything. Overall, just a smooth, stress-free experience. Definitely one of the better places I’ve been to…I’ll be back for sure!
